Employees were very helpful and quick on processing the rental to get me on the road. Did a great job hooking up trailer.
William LA cleaning fee of $15 was added to an open 5X9 trailer at the time of return without notice. This seems like just an extra money grab especially since all the trailers are stored outside. I did not have time to dispute at return because the location was closed and I was quickly approaching the arbitrary return time and didn't want to incur another $20 charge for late return.

Glenn BI signed up for the Mobile app Travel Share program so that I could just pick up the vehicle, just in case my timing was off. Luckily I arrived in time to catch the personnel in the facility because the app did not work. That was a major disappointment and if I had been a few more minutes behind schedule, ALL of my plans would have fallen through. The owners at Mendenhalls were excellent and helpful!! Great place for business.

Richard MMendenhalls Garage is a great place to rent a U Haul. Jay and Patsy went above and beyond helping me find a truck at the last minute. I only needed a vehicle for a few hours and they were able to rent me a truck on the spot even though that truck was reserved for the next morning. Everything worked out great! Patsy works hard at keeping the vehicles clean and it shows. The truck was spotless; front and back. There is a gas station right across the street so returning the truck with a full tank of gas is easy and convenient. They will remind you about a low bridge on Casho Mill Rd, but I also found a low bridge on Hickory Hill Rd as I tried to get from State Rd. to Blake Rd. Fortunately it was very easy to back up and turn around. I recommend using Mendenhalls Garage for any moving needs. Great experience.

DANIEL SOnly issue I had with my experience was dealing with uhaul itself. Changed my pickup location 3 times and each time to a further location. Had already made the plans so was stuck driving almost an hour further than originally planned to pick up. Then when it came to drop off the location was changed without me knowing until I was already at the location. Then I was charged a fuel and mileage surcharge because I was over driving to the new drop off location.

Sara HMaking sure the availability shown on the internet is accurate. Had to go 10 more miles out of the way to get a truck and that's after we tried 3 other locations that said they had it and didn't.
