We were over charged from the rate online. Make sure you check your receipts. Overcharge for gas price, mileage and discount for dropping off at a location they suggested.

This location has no cell phone reception which made the checkout process very difficult.

John JMy issue is not with this Uhaul location. After unloading the truck, I backed off the driveway & was stuck in the mud (3 miles from my drop off location) and was told that the extra insurance did not cover it. $400+ would take care of it!!! NOT!! I paid $160 & put the rest in my pocket. I'm not finished moving but may rethink my rental company…

Jimmy LThis was not my chosen pick up location. I was informed one day before pick up that I would have to go to a different location, farther away. At the last minute I was informed that no one would be present at that location. I was forced to use the 'App' to acquire the truck. The last thing I want is to be required to use a cell phone 'app' to transact what should be done in person. The 'App' is badly designed and did not work. After many frustrating minutes I was directed to use the website to continue. The overall experience was miserable. The lock on the truck was of poor quality, resulting in wasting another 15 minutes fiddling in order to get it opened. I attempted to add updated photos showing non-documented damage, which didn't work. More wasted time. I finally gave up, taking the chance that I would be charged for the damage I didn't create. My entire experience with U-Haul was miserable. The truck was OK, nothing else was acceptable.
Marvin SU-Haul ap is terrible. I was charged over $600 for the insurance. I had the 2 trucks for 22 days and I feel like I got raped on the charges. I'll never use U-Haul again. Simply storage was great and very helpful but U-Haul as a company buckled and dined me on this already stressful move. I do not recommend U-Haul.
