The furniture dolly i requested was not in the truck and I charged for it
Robert GrogitskyThe uhaul itself was clean inside and out however in the glove box there was a half drank big bottle of booze that I could have gotten in serious trouble for. Also had to pay for the upgraded dolly that I actually needed and instead got the regular dolly and wasn't able to pick up 2 things I wanted that's required the big dolly so that's annoying.

Dustin HackerThe rental center was good. The overall uhaul experience was terrible! Never will I rent from the uhaul brand again. Changed my pickup location twice. The after hours return website wouldn't load my location or complete the process so I got charged initially. Then I called to get the situation corrected and the representative told me there's nothing she could do and I would have to wait for the rental center to do to fix the issue. There was no supervisor on duty when I called. Just a Terrible experience.

STEVENMICHAEL JENKINSThis is a positive comment. I married into a family that felt moving was no big deal. I was 25 when I rented my first Uhaul truck. I am now 72. I have rented at least 30 trucks from Uhaul from the 4 speed stick on the floor to this latest one on Jan 21,2022. IF this was my last rental it was over the top. The people at Mesa Rental Center were the Best making sure everything was right before I left. The truck? WOW! A new truck that drove like a dream. I was disappointed that I only had a 100 mile trip. There were times I thought I would just keep going just to drive it. Fortunately I had made arrangements to bring it back. What a great trip. Thank you Uhaul for all the successful moves.

Dave CorbidgePicked up the truck and one tire was completely flat/shredded. Luckily I didn't drive far on it before I noticed. Then had to wait over 2 hours for someone to come change it. Very inconvenient on moving day. I had hired movers to help load/unload but with the delay caused by the tire issue, I had to unload myself.

Tom ChimileskiUnit was dirty inside and out had to sweep and wash out cargo area prior to using. The cab also had garbage/food remnants left behind. The entire cab needed to be wiped down along with the windows inside and out. The windshield was covered with bugs. Never did I think I would be detailing a rig In 118° heat. The unit drove well and wasn't under powered at all.
