The vehicle had transmission problems, the doors didn't close good. The truck was not a comfortable drive or ride. The worst U-Haul I ever rented

Charlie TTruck interior had a lot of damage. I reserved 2 dollies and blankets. None of that was available when I picked up truck.

Tywon PThey could not get the contract printed off. The mileage she gave me was different than the dash. The van was not clean had a brown bag in it containing gnats. I dropped the van back off at 5:15pm the same day as pick up. I was told I'll get a receipt via mail never came until the next morning thats when I found out they did not process the check in until the next morning making it look as if I had it out two days. I had to call customer service and go through 2 people to be refunded. I do not recommend this location

Angela PThe unit is a little wore out. Both doors to the cab will only shut it slam them very hard. the trans does not shift very well. my move was very close to the pickup location. however, i would not feel comfortable driving it on the highway.

Magdiell LThis location is definitely unkept. Customer service was very "meh" and I spent $55 to make a very short to and from trip. Insane. There was a friendly guy that spoke to me when I walked in, he was nice but not nice enough to give this place a star. 0/10 would not recommend.
