These people are amazing. 55 years doing this shows. I was in and out in about 5 minutes hitched up and in route. Merci

Benjamin PThe folks were friendly. However, they rented me a trailer with bald tires, very bald tires! It made a 550 mile trip which was miracle. Before you leave here, check the equipment over carefully!

Brian SThe truck should not be on the road. As a mechanic of 20 plus years there is no way this truck would pass inspection the truck has so much play in steering it's kind of a joke. Truck needs to just be retired it caused me more travel time and will most likely not use U-Haul unless it's a newer truck. Could also hardly see on the back roads due to the headlight and no washer fluid to clean the windows

Sharon MWell, when I went inside the Uhaul place and told the lady Bobbi I needed a Uhaul one-way to Charlotte she denied me saying she cant give me a Uhaul. So, I went online and reserved the Uhaul from the same location and I was able to rent it. This isn't my first rodeo with this location and Bobbi's attitude is always rude. The customer service sucks.

Kirk HI cose the self guided pick up and I still had to go inside and deal with the owner. The vehicle they gave me the heater did not work and it was a cold unpleasant ride.

Rubi TGreat customer services! I didn't get the women's name who helped me but she went above and beyond , compassionate. Needed to extend my time as I thought I wouldn't need more then 6 hours but it was no worries she took care of me and saved me as well. Greatly appreciate. Also easy check in with no wait time. The fastest I ever booked a reservation online and was in and out in less then 5 minutes.

rob aI can't say enough about this U-Haul store. I use them often, as I work with families helping them obtain stable housing. One Sunday, I couldn't get the app to work so I could use mobile check in and Vince happened to be inside. He helped me rent my truck even though it was his day off. This time, it was no different. Vince is so nice and helpful. Makes any process easy. This is my go to place for U-Haul rental in my city. If you need a U-Haul, go see Vince. Tell him Tasha sent you!
LITASHA WVan chips all over front seat, the ac only blew out of the defrost and was very weak.. we had 3 ppl in front seat on a 85 degree day for 7 hours and it was the most miserable ride ever.. the floor in the back of the van had some kind of oil spilled in to which the first box my wife took into van slipped and hurt her ankle.. I was never walked around the van to look at previous damage or cleanliness or functions.. this was a horrible experience and will never rent from uhaul again or refer to anyone.. yet I will be charged fully for my inconvenience and that’s the real shame

Tim GThis location is a joke. One woman (smoking) barely moving, and her hapless assistant. We waited 30 minutes and we were first in line. I bet others waited 3x that long. We hooked the filthy trailer up ourselves.
Andrew FUhaul charged me over 600 dollars for one truck for 3 days adter i submita disputemanagementsaid they wouldnt refund half the amount because thats what i was being charged. My reservation was rescheduled through uhaul dispatch and it was scheduled incorrectly then I had a uhaul center call and demand the truck back and tell me they would charge me double for the truck. I've used uhaul several times and to move across country, we will never use uhaul again. This is insane at how Corrupt uhaul has become.
