No one is there to help. They don't have the things ready in the truck yet ready to go. The check in process is painful as the line drops frequently. I spent 20 minutes before I got help. Next time will use Home Depot
Jorge RThe app process is a total fail. Also, although very nice and courteous, telephone support personnel were completely unhelpful. We finally found an individual in Roswell in a shop in Roswell who saved the day. In this "make the customer do all the work" world that we live in, U-Haul got a pretty bad black eye today.

Peter KVery confusing. The app was not working correctly so could not get information on the truck. No clear instructions on picking up the moving blankets as well.
Samantha GI've rented twice in the past three weeks. Each time it took an HOUR to pick up the truck. The app is awful, the virtual assistant inside the store never picked up the first time. What's the point of self check in if nothing works and it takes longer? An hour is absurd. I advised through chat I didn't get the dolly or moving pads so didn't want to be charged, they "notated the account". Of course I was charged. And this is all U-Haul not the storage place. Never again.
MAKAYLA RThe truck's engine warning light was on upon picking up the truck and remained on the entire time I had it. However, I did not have any problems with the truck.
doug jThere was no one at the front desk, just a virtual kiosk person. They couldn't really do anything to help but say I had to use the app. So, I tried about five times which took about 30 minutes trying to confirm my pickup of the vehicle, and 30 minutes trying to return it. The app would keep crashing or in a constant buffering cycle while I just sat there waiting.

Scott CThe entire process was a pain. It has notnnng to do with the location. It was UHauls apps. The virtual manager inside the store didn't work - it worked but no one ever connected. The app is so confusing and you have so many words and pictures all over the place it's hard To navigate. I had to call 1-800 jaut so she could walk me through. Im a normal intelligent person. The locks were hard to open. It took me almost an hour to get the truck. That is ridiculous

James MMy prior experience was excellent at this location till the last time. The light stopped working. Called the store, they they were going to send service tech to pickup. After an hour wait with no reply or answering phone. I had to leave to catch a flight. Then they came and picked up the broken trailer. Then charged me for 5 days rental., even though I paid for the insurance I finally received a cal from store as we are sitting on runway. VERY DISAPPOINTED additional frustration in I spent money for a replacement light hookup in am attempt to get to work.

sandro rPlease have the trucks filled up w/ gas when a new renter picks it up! This is the second time I've rented and the gas tank has been less than 1/2 full. Very frustrating to have to stop my move to gas up before returning.

I asked desk guy for final receipt and he referred me to sign guy who's not concerned with getting me on my way. I left without receipt

Donald RI ordered an appliance hand truck and it was not in the van. I was charged for it but didn't have it. Your company does a great job at cross selling but a poor job at resolving problems. You got me this time. It won't happen again.
Robert HI was told that my appliance dolly rental was $10 per day. The employee confirmed that this location was closed on Sunday, and that I could return the equipment on Monday morning. When I checked my credit card statement, I was charged $32 UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

nathanel sHave employees who care enough to fill the orders properly and/or alert customers when they can't. All it does is piss folks off when you leave then scrambling after hours to get what's needed to complete move. Very stressful.
Raymond Wthe equipment - a 6 x 12 open trailer - vibrated so badly that my car shook violently at above 55 mph and stressed my transmission. Unfortunately I didn't learn this until I had loaded it up and was on the highway.

Saul RWhile I had a 9Am pickup reservation, the truck that was "assigned" to me was not due back until 11! Why would Uhaul assign me to a truck that wouldn't be there at the time of my reservation? This required me to come back a 2nd time!!

Kari KGreat customer service and easy to return during non working hours. The 5 by 8 trailer I used was in old condition. The door handle is very rusted and hard to work and the paint is peeling off. However the trailer worked fine and accomplished the task.

Darren DWhen I arrived at this location at my reservation time, the truck had not been checked and ready. He had to go outside and check it then we started the check in process. On the online form, I included certain appliances that I needed. When I arrived, I was told that they don't have the appliances... There needs to be communication prior to customers arriving about the availability of appliances. If that was the case, I would've went to a different location that had everything I needed. I would not recommend this place.
Marcella GThe two employees did everything possible to care for the numerous amount of customers at opening today. If possible, perhaps consider a third employee on Saturday mornings, especially holiday weekends. I don't know the name of the employee that served me, but he did a very nice job of managing a crowd while being knowledgeable and focused on getting people through the process.
Cindy kThe staff is exceptionally helpful. You have great people working there. The morning rush did slow things down and it took a while to get my trailer. Please remove the requirement to call another person to vouch for you. It slowed down the process significantly. I would say half the time checking people in was spent trying to make those calls.
Michael LThis was by far one of the worst pick up experiences I've ever had at U-Haul. Jake was rude. I was first in line. He restated the same information 3 times. He couldn't locate the keys for my truck. It took me almost 30 minutes to get the truck. It wasn't clean. I had to wait for him to sweep the truck. It was filthy. He didn't smell very good. He was rude. It was not a good experience. Ion returning the truck, I did not get in his line and my exit was much better. The other gentleman was a pleasure to work with.

Alice BThe U-Haul I received was leaking through the roof. I have opened an inquiry that is in the process of being evaluated right now. But the stress of having to deal with a leaking roof and literally my entire home in the truck for a nearly 800 mile trip was horrible. I had to purchase a large tarp to cover the U-Haul which was a very difficult task considering how tall the U-Haul was. I am still waiting to be reimbursed for my tarp purchase but the whole experience has soured me completely on this experience especially booking through U-Haul. This was of no fault to the location but more so an oversight of U-Haul itself. I will be extremely disappointed if I do not receive some form of compensation for this.
