Organized truck per key. And waited 30 min waiting on there end taking down too much of my personal information which I feel in secure with on their phone.

Upon reserving truck they system generated a 6hr window of rental, however U-Haul rates are represented as daily, on the trucks etc.There was a major snow storm preventing truck from 4pm return, stopped by the dealership to advise of delay (due to weather) and was rudely told someone else had truck reserved. I have been a U-Haul dealer in the past from 2001-2006 and have always had positive experiences. Being charged 2 rental periods for less than 24hr rental is less than fair. Being in Wisconsin one would think the delay to be understandable. We will be renting elsewhere.

I was charged for insurance that I never asked for nor wanted. I wasn't given the option it was just added to my charge.

The entire process from start to finish was a horrible experience. The associate had no idea what he was charging us for, argued with us over mileage (that was proved with pictures). There was an old bag of Doritos in the truck from someone previously and hidden charges that were not in our rental agreement. Will never use this location ever again.

Windshield was dirty inside and out. Was not the convenient location I selected. When I got to my destination the CLOSE location I selected was changed to one in a sketchy neighborhood. Unreal. Why bother choosing one only to have you change it 樂

Cars get parked by dumpsters with rats. Homeless people looking for cigarettes off the ground. Did not feel safe.

We had to choose this location last minute, the location we chose the first time, last minute didn't have the size we chose over a month ago. When we arrived at this above listed location, the clerk could not find the keys, we ended up waiting over an hour to get our truck we requested. We also had to confirm all of our info and payment stuff over the phone with the shop owner. Which is very unprofessional. I will never use this location again and probably would look for another company instead of uhual. The whole experience was horrible and added more stress to the day.

Truck was on empty upon arrival. Ordered mattress covers and 2 dozen furnitures covers that were not present upon pickup of rental.

I was j no or happy with my price at the end, I thought I was saving money and I didn't. The gas was literally a little under the half mark and I had to pull it around again for $1 to not get charged $15. I also was charged for insurance that I didn't want and the guys at the gas station had no clue how to communicate. Taking a pic of my miles and gas tank I understood but the lack of instructions was ridiculous.

I did not ask for insurance. He did not ask if I wanted insurance. He just added and said "I sent you an email". Way to add charges by being sneaky. $20 truck, 30 miles. $70 owed. Won't be back to this location again.

I was charged extra money from this location because when I dropped off the uhaul there were a group of thugs standing by drop box and I was too nervous to walk near them si I waiting until the morning which charged me for another day even tho the truck was there

This place was a Mobil gas station. The person that runs the place always stopped waiting on us when we were trying to pick up the truck and took care of the other customers before us. Which I think was not right, I will never pick up a U-Haul from this location again.

I needed a 24 rental they told me no you can have it for 6 hours because someone is getting it early. Then called me to ask if I wanted it another day but they'll charge me. I rode post multiple times the next day and the truck wasn't rented out. When I returned the truck he said it belongs on 3/4 tank. It was on that exactly on and they charged me $5 gas. Horrible service

They scheduled my drop off for a location that was closed and then when I called he told me there was nothing he could do to help me!!! And he was rude about it!

Signing in to pick up truck was a true hassle. Heads up for ios users to turn on specific location services would be helpful. Took me 30min where inwas expecting to take 15 max.

Do not ask for extra items (furniture dollys, etc...) as you will not recieve them and be charged anyways.

I thought you were supposed to receive the truck with a half tank of gas, mine was on E ☹️ Of course I returned it with a half tank of gas, otherwise it was a great experience and I have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future 😊👍

Recommend you stop by this location and see if you can't figure it out for yourself... I've rented from UHaul for the first and last time.

My experience with U-Haul is a dramatic improvement from my last rental 4-5 yrs ago. From the truck to the software and customer service - really great job!

I would not recommend that any customer come here to go to the bathroom, let alone purchase anything, or drop off a U-Haul truck!! The clerk was blatantly rude, unhelpful, and flat-out told me that he didn't care if I gave a negative review of him/his location and he didn't care if I was upset. He literally said, "Go ahead & give us a bad review to U-Haul, I don't care." he threatened to charge us an extra $25 if we didn't unload everything out of the truck, bring it in, & specifically put the blankets in the bag provided... this after about 10 minutes of deciding what they actually wanted us to do with said blankets. And when I use the word "threaten" I mean that specifically. If this had been my ONLY experience with U-Haul I would NEVER rent a U-Haul truck again. Luckily you had Tom on the other end at Advanced Auto in Lake Villa who was the polar opposite of this person. Also, we would like to know: In all our years of renting U-Haul trucks we have never had to remove all of the dollies we rented and all of the blankets we rented. Is this customary now?? We had to remove the dollies and walk them all the way around the building & into the building, & bring all of the blankets into the building, fold them up as best we could, and cram them into a plastic bag... All being done ourselves with absolutely no assistance whatsoever & being yelled at when we didn't put them where they wanted them, although no instructions were given at the start. POOREST customer service we have ever experienced. You really should consider just eliminating this particular stop from your U-Haul rental locations. You have so many in Kenosha we could have gone to that having this place gone would make no difference whatsoever, other than to keep other customers from having such an unpleasurable experience. In addition to my comments here I plan to write and file a formal complaint to U-haul Corporate against this location and its personnel for their obnoxious, demeaning behavior. We are just appalled that these people are being allowed to represent U-Haul! We are loyal to your company & only rent trucks from you. We are hoping this unfortunate incident is not the direction that U-Haul is going in, but rather an isolated one.

The gas was at 1/8 of a tank and lied and said it was more., he was nice but was just rushing me out. Charged me for insurance that I didn't need.

I originally reserved a truck in Waukesha,WI. I received an alert that i needed to go to Kenosha,WI to pick it up. This was one hour further and ~60 miles extra that I needed to drive the truck and pay for the gas. The location was a gas station that had one attendant that kept getting interrupted..

1.) Passenger side mirror had no set screw to hold the mirror in place. It just spun around. With no mirror it is difficult to drive three hours away. Had to stop for duct tape, but that did not work out very well either. 2.) The truck had a severe pull to the right. I could not take my hands off the wheel at all. 3.) Pick-up location was a Mobil gas station with one clerk on duty. Not very helpful and very busy with gas customers.

Did not have pads that were ordered and was not informed of this upon arrival so I had to call another location and go there to pick up needed pads

The guy in the gas station did his job, but apparently he is not the person who does the paperwork. He had to call someone on the phone to do the paperwork for pick up and return of the truck. Truck itself was in great condition.

The mirror on the passenger side was not secure so when you drive, the mirror would turn preventing you from using it unless a passenger would hold it place.

They made it more complicated then it needed to be. It is better to just use a uhaul facility instead of a "mobile spot". I did not prefer the location set up. You had to verify someone I knew of which did not answer his phone. I do not understand why that was needed in the first place.

make sure truck is full when a person picks it up... it was on 3/4 when i picked it up... so i filled it up before i took it back... probally wont see the 25 i put into the tank that was extra...

Why are you charging me for gas and a fuel fee? I bought $29 worth of gas at your station and the fuel gauge registered slightly more than a quarter tank. Then you also have the gall to charge me a "cleaning" fee? The truck had dirt all over the floor when it was given to me. I swept it all out and delivered the truck clean when I brought it back.

Should make it clear that dropoff location is a gas station. Was expecting a storage facility or truck rental location. Was rather odd dropping off a rental at a gas station but worked out fine.

Picked up truck no assistance on hooking up the tow trailer then I pulled of and noticed the light on the two wasn’t working I went back they didn’t know how to fix it so he sent me some were else for them to tell me they couldn’t fix it I had to call roadside assistance called them and said I had to wait 90 min for them to come out.but after 4 hours later I was able to get to get another

The equipment was dirty and not fully fueled, and it is a gas station. They kept the furniture pads in a back room in their store, and just handed them to me and had me carry them all of the way through their store. I had to lift them over all of their displays and got them caught on their displays multiple times. Then they did not have the dolly on my reservation which was fine but then they didn't remove the charges for it, so now I have to sit on hold with Uhaul customer service.
