I absolutely love using the Westpoint location. The staff is so friendly and I feel like family every time I go in there I will continuously use them.

RICKY MVehicle had dirt on the cab floor as well as splattered all over the front sides. Damage on both lower sides not noted in pickup but pictures were taken prior to leaving with truck at pick up location. 24/7 check-in process is way too extra as you are reentering info that you already entered for the reservation hence wasting time at pickup location.
Lenard WHad no turn around cars truck everwhere, had to walk two building down to a gas station to get paper receipt.no one to check trailer or help get trailer off and not block driveway.

Joyce was the friendliest, kindest person that checked us in/out. Highly recommend renting from this business. Even tho it was 20+ miles away for me, I'd rent there again.

BRIAN DMod's Service Center was EXCELLENT!! The ladies that checked me out were super nice, friendly, and helpful. I've rented a number of U-Haul's over the years and this was definitely the best experience I had, and they showed me things on my agreement I had never seen before (like how many gallons of gas to get the levels back to original). Highly recommend them!

SAMUEL TTrain personal in using the system and to explain contract to customer. It's better if a customer it told about extra fees vs. "here's your contact." It shouldn't be the customer's job to read all of the fine print. The customer is too busy with the situation they're dealing with that hand for which they're renting the truck. That daily insurance fee was BS but okay

PATRICIA TUHaul on N Arthur Ashe Blvd was horrible..Nothing was in order as it should be rude employee I had to move within the next day it's sad that I had to drive 45 minutes to West Point for decent service in total I paid 550 dollars to move and didn't receive any discount for the horrible experience I had with UHaul I will not ever recommend UHaul at N Arthur Ashe Blvd to no one ever most horrible experience I've had by the grace of God I was able to move I had a 6 hour drive and I had to drive 45 min to West Point where I recieved excellent service... This is truly sad in the future I don't think I want to use UHaul but each state is different

Danilo CNext time y'all say roadside assistance is included please tell your customers that getting pulled out of a yard is NOT included! No one plans on getting stuck in their yard things happen! No need to charge them 100 to be pulled out like they did it on purpose! I will never use uhaul again and I won't be referring y'all to a friend!

RONNIE RGas level when I received vehicle was 3/8 full. I returned it 3/8 full. Receipt says I returned it 1/4 which is not accurate. Modr's charged me $3,5/gallon (when they own the gas station and it's 2,9's currently). If I was smart I would have taken pictures. Next time I'll use a different service. I also swept out the back before use because it had screws and trash.
