I didn't get my 100 deposit back from that location. I don't know how long it will take for my deposit refund.

I was told to drop the truck off in Columbus and a revised ticket was sent with the Columbus drop off location. I still ended up with a 75 charge for wrong drop off location. Everything else went well.

The lady that helped me was so nice. She came outside with me and couldn't believe they were charging me for extra miles I didn't even do. She even helped me on her phone to do the drop off requirements.

Debbie the staff was very friendly. Got me a truck to use the next day to move items to one of my adult kid's apartment. Price was good and affordable plus saved my back and time if I had used my SUV. Great company!

I made a one way reservation over the phone at the nearest uhaul site. Since the pick up location didn't have the larger trucks, they directed me to another pick up location, but assured me I could drop off at the original site I booked through. Upon return of truck I was charged almost $300 for wrong drop off location even though I did exactly as my phone reservation was directed to do. Terrible experience start to finish and the manager refused to call back when I asked several times. I hope I never need a uHaul again. If they couldn't accommodate my request they shouldn't have made the reservation for me!
