Mountain View Storage at Stewart Avenue is the best uhaul place in town. Everything in there is fine.We feel welcomed, and we're also treated with courtesy and respect. Thanks so much to the worker who assisted us. Very nice, polite, and with a great customer service skil.

GENARO BWatch the people there! I've contacted complaints dept & corporate. There changing the contracts, saying they only except CASH, no credit cards, Red Flags should go up! Have you ever heard of a 10 ft truck using 7 gallons of gas to drive 11,8 miles? The contract was changed to read something else then the check out receipt we received. I called customer service & the person I spoke to was rude to me as far as I was concerned. She had all kinds of answers as to the almost $100 for the rental of the truck that only drove 11,8 miles & we put gas into the truck to bring it back to the 5/8 that's of a tank that was in it when picked up. I looked when I got into the truck and Rick is always looking at the gas gauge. We always rent at the Freemont St office but they were booked. Hopefully Uhaul will do the right thing & give us our cash back that they took from us.

NOEL CI was guaranteed a truck at 8 am on Saturday but the truck I was supposed to get wasn't available, so I had to wait till 930 and the location was a alot further away then the one I had originally reserved a truck at, so I wasn't able to get started on moving until nearly noon.
Jeffrey Gmake sure the air conditioning works in the office and have the office free from the smell of cigarette smoke.
