Joseph MChanging of the reservation was handled great. The new location of the revised reservation was clean and loved driving what seemed to be a new truck. Le service à la clientèle était génial. Quick and efficient.
Erica NUpdated pictures of equipment to expedite check in process. The truck I rented showed that there were no damages to the hood. I had to dispute those pictures and take more to show previous paint damage.

Caterina KWorkers should be on time to work. Online it says the store opens at 9am and on their door it says 9am. I like to give them a little time to open up so I went around 9:40-9:50. There's no place to park your personal vehicle because they have uhauls in the very few parking spaces available so I parked my vehicle across the street. It was pouring rain and no one was in the office to help us. There was an employee waiting in what looked like a uhaul maintenance vehicle and we asked him if it was going to open soon so we can return our equipment and he said the guy opens the doors at 10am. Are the employees making their own hours here?

Anthony PDon't remember his name at the front counter but he is a class act guy! It was a pleasure doing business with him and didn't have to wait at all like at the other local stores.
GLENN CThe app was very glitchy and made pick up a nightmare. The vehicle is very old and has a lot of damage such as a cracked mirror. The vehicle should be replaced.

JAMES KTruck drove horrible and was shaking the whole trip. Furniture damaged and moved while driving due to condition of truck. Truck wasn't clean at all.
CIERRA BThe vehicle was not dirty, but with a poor maintenance. The engine sign is on all the time, the battery died every time I shut the engine off, I had to jump start it. The gas gauge doesn't work properly, it shows full, then after a couple miles it dropped to almost empty, saying you have 50 miles to top it off. The vehicle has about 167000 miles. I was charged double and this causes me havoc when trying to fill up the vehicle at the gas station, my credit card declined for insufficient money, I was very embarrassed,
Jean-Marie MNothing is needed other than the guy that helped me out two days in a row renting the uhaul. His customer service was outstanding and he went above and beyond. He definitely needs a raise and a new title because you don't see guys like him everyday. Thank you again for helping me out with the uhauls

Dwayne DThe truck itself had several issues and needs to be repaired. It was so loud when driving it and had a horrible exhaust smell filtering into the cab.

I feel like I was taking advantage of and when I contacted the site I was net with rudeness and unwillingness to resolve the issue

Finau MMr. Gary has excellent customer service and always make me feel comfortable renting one of his trucks. He's truly a pleasure each and every visit. I rent from noone else and he always accommodate me and my family.
Debra FThe process of how to turn in the key after-hours was very confusing and I just ended up leaving it in a wide-open box by the door. There were two U-haul boxes but had codes and were locked. Hopefully the key doesn't get stollen and hopefully I don't get tagged with some extra bill.

JUNIOR RI reserved some furniture pads this location didn't have them. I wished they called me first to let me know they didn't have any before I got there so I could have ordered some at a different location.

VICTOR MAnswer the phone and updates. I had representatives keep me on hold for over an hour and put the phone on mute. I said "hello" over 5 times before anyone returned to the phone. Because it had been over an hour hold the rep decided that she could no longer assist me and rushed off the phone. Nobody could tell me why my reservation was not showing up on my account which in turn made it more difficult for me to return the truck. I also waited for the rep to verify my account and after verification was completed no one notified me or sent a message. I was told i had to contact the location in the morning in order to complete my order. Worst experience for 1 hour of use on this uhaul. It took more time to wait on hold then it did to use the actual truck.

LARISA DThe 15-footer is leaking is several places: The two front corners, and at least one place in the middle of the roof. That will not matter to most who will be moving in good weather. I realize that Uhaul provides a disclaimer. Just be aware and plan for it. Otherwise, the staff at the place was excellent, and yes, i recommend it regardless of the leak story.
