The equipment was dirty across the board. The rep did not speak english with made it incredibly difficult to communicate about technical things, moreover he did not know the specs of the car. He said the car has to be fueled prior to return but he doesnt know what type of gas it uses. No dropbox key which took an hour to call u haul to get support on the backend to make sure they did not charge me extra. Location was severely damaged and hardly accessible. Reviews were bad but i can confirm the service and everything else was terrible.

Daniel PThe attendant did not clarify that there was a different policy in regards to replacing the fuel in the truck. When I rented a truck two weeks before this, I was told to bring it back with the same amount of fuel in it. This vendor sent me an email that indicated in fine print that I was apparently getting a credit and I had to fuel the truck up to a quarter of a tank. The truck was on empty when I picked it up. Now I have been issued a voucher for $20 for the next time I rent. So I put 20 worth of gas in to travel 20 miles, and I am charged $16,5 to bring the fuel level up to 1/4 of a tank. How about if the attendant does their job and ensures the truck isn't on empty when the customer picks it up. The interior of the cab was filthy. There was no attempt to wipe up the spilled drinks in the center console and a there was a layer of dust across the dash. The floors mats could have been swept. This store location sells drug paraphernalia and isn't a place I would recommend to friends or family. I think the attendant should have stated that the truck was on empty, and told me about the proposed credit to refuel it. I am not a happy customer right now, and will look for other options the next time my non-profit group needs to rent a truck.

Melissa PThe location we used in Surrey was a horrible. They could not explain the extra insurance details and it was extremely shady. The process to get it took forever and will never go there again.
