The location was clean, but it was not a very inviting environment. The person checking me in, had me back the trailer into a very tight spot, instead of them handling the equipment once I dropped it off. Additionally, I had a truck and car hauler. The truck was checked in, but I received a phone call 5 days after I dropped the equipment off, stating my trailer was late. The guy never checked in the trailer.

DAN BYWALECReserved a motorcycle trailer with ramp with chock which was "in stock. When i got there, they said they didn't have one available, received a smaller trailer with no motorcycle chock. Inside office was messy and dirty. Unfriendly uhaul rep.

This time: The battery died on me after being driven nine minutes down the road Waited two hours for Roadside Assistance and 0° winter weather The cab light did not turn on Crack across the windshield The cab and the cargo bay were filthy with debris dirt trash The door on the cargo bay was extremely difficult to close and open all the way. Not sure if this was because of the cold weather or if it needs to be repaired.

Brian SmithThe U-Haul app was awful and not functioning, which caused me to have to wait until the office opened two hours after the reserved pickup time, the blankets ordered were not in the truck and had to be added at pickup and this location did not have any furniture dolly that was reserved. The worst part, however, was the hostile attitude of the owner and his daughter who insisted that the dolly inventory problem was more annoying to her as an employee than me as the customer who had to move heavy items without one. Simply inexcusable.

The girl I talked to was awesome The gentleman at Novi U-Haul was great also, he directed me to Estate Storage (had none) But the gentleman in the Farmington Hills U-Haul, he was clear that they had no dollies & had no recommendations of where to go... well, I hope you get my point on his service.

I didn't appreciate the treatment she gave to my guys. The other people said that's just how she is. Rude and nasty is not acceptable.

No call no explanation Poor service , rude representatives , not helpful Told me the system was down made me wait for 1 hour and then manually entered my visa # for the extra charges
Jereer TraishThe only bummer was I didn't have a right turn signal or a brake light. It was an LED system so I wasn't about to try to fix it myself. I did let them know when I turned it in but it didn't work from the time I rented the trailer they said I had all my lights, but as soon as I got home, they weren't working on the right side. The running light was but not the brake or turn signal. Other than that it was great and I didn't get pulled over so cares, but I would look into that.

LESA THOMASOriginal reservation was for Kalamazoo. Reservation was cancelled minutes before scheduled pick up. I was not called, only found out once I arrived. Required extra travel time & last minute stress that should've been avoided. Do not take a reservation if you don't have the equipment.
