The property manager was very helpful and professional. However our unit was infested with mice. Every single box had to be swept off before bringing it to our new house. Some items were so chewed up they had to be thrown away. It was really gross and disgusting.

Inside cup holders dirty & sticky. Other then that truck was decent. All the picture taking is a bit much, but in these times I get it. The account process should be informed of upon rental beginning. In a pandemic world I can see why it is the way it is.

I had my credit card on file but was going to have a person give their credit card over the phone when turning the truck in. This person didn't know how to do it, made a phone call and that person said it couldn't be done. The truck had to go on my account when I couldn't afford it. Very stressful, especially since the guy was only interested in getting out the door at 4. I showed up at 330.

There is no secured box the wordlock could fit in. Since this was a online pick up this was not the location I chose when I reserved the truck online. In fact this location was a 20 mile round trip from where I moved from. The wordlock was very hard to open because it needed oiled.

You charged me 6 weeks later for mileage overage which only happened because uhaul changed my ouch up place to twinsburg which is MUCH farther away than Mantua my original pick up place. I was told uhaul was going to add those extra miles in with NO charge and yet 7 weeks later it's taken from my bank acct

This particular location was excellent overall. The owner assisted with the pre-check and made sure truck was operational. However, I had a reservation at a previous location (Express Petro on N Abbe Rd) for Friday evening (6/14). When we arrived, the truck wouldn't start. This was very frustrating as we were on a tight schedule. The girl behind the counter had to frantically make calls to find us another truck. We were able to find this location for the following morning (after several calls), but the change meant we had to adjust our moving schedule and plans with others assisting us. The truck should have been verified to be in working order prior to our arrival to pick it up.

I originally rented this cargo trailer at a MUCH more convenient location. I had reserved it with over a month to spare. I did receive notification that I might be redirected to another location when making the reservation. Two day before as stated, I did receive a call informing me that I would have to pick up at this other location. Although, the rental worked out OK and the people at that other location, I was very inconvenienced by having to go 15 miles each way farther than where I originally reserved the equipment. That resulted in a total of 60 additional miles including loss of time at work on the day I picked up. I am still very unhappy about that and will look at other alternative in the Spring when I will need to pick my daughter back up at college.

My experience was awesome - great customer service.- only thing I would say - make sure cab is clean including seats. Blood was all over the drivers seat- didn't recognize until I got to locale to load my furniture. Just glad I had jeans and sweatshirt on- Took rubbing alcohol and cleaned driver seat before departing on trip........

The location was inadequate in many respects. First, I arrived to drop off my truck at 6:45 pm the day prior to its scheduled drop-off. To my surprise, no one was available to meet with me even though I was told that it was open until 7:00 pm. Additionally, there is no drop box for the key, so it was unclear where to leave the key.

lower your long distance prices.. $200 for 11 hrs of work and travel seems pretty expensive. yes it was a newer vehicle, and yes everything went smooth, but if it were a older vehicle, you would have charged the same anyways. but all and all, from start to finish I spent close to $300 to drive 427 miles.

He made me put more fuel in truck then it had when I picked it up. The guy called me two hours before my drop off time. And he was not friendly at all. I would not recommend this U haul site to anyone.
