I'm saying you're going to take care of things and wait 5 days later to take care of it something's wrong. However the customer service at U-Haul were great beautiful awesome people they took care of me they did the job and took care of me thumbs up to them.
Paula ROn arrival, which was based on the location's stated time of opening, the storefront was closed and there was no obvious means by which I was able to complete the check out. I had to call the listed number, at which point I was placed onto a conference call with someone else. The store owner mispoke my name, which normally would not be an issue except for the fact that the second gentleman (who I assume was a worker with U-Haul corporate) correctly stated my name multiple times and I, in fact, corrected him on three separate occasions. In addition, and perhaps most egregious as a security professional, the store owner openly told me the combination to the lock used to open the U-Haul key drop box, and on inspecting the truck, I found a similar lock in the cupholder - With the code already entered. This demonstrated exceptionally poor operational security on the behalf of the business owner, and makes me incredibly wary of doing business with this particular U-Haul partner again.
