Parking lot would not allow access to a 26' U Haul with a car hauling trailer...also no staff was present at 1000am, we looked everwhere! So, we left and went to a Public Storage who were great!!!

I didn’t utilize this unit as too far from my property

I was in a unit on 2nd floor. Sometimes the elevator would stick but always did get it open. Would recommend keeping a cell phone in your pocket if there alone in case it would stick closed

Nope. I called you, Neighbors, to cancel, and you said you couldn't, that I had to call Uhaul. I called Uhaul, and they said they couldn't cancel. I canceled. Not moving anything there.

Turns out Neighbors Self Storage doesn't have any vehicle storage spots, but the person I talked to said she was able to cancel the reservation. The U-Haul needs to listen to their affiliates!

The girl in the office took the day off. I called and left a message. I emailed and requested assistance. I received no reply. I had to find a different storage facility.

The facility`s staff were very friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and painless. The facility was much better than expected, with new and very secure units. Truly top notch.
