Mark OThe location I picked up at told me they didn't have any TV boxes so the one I originally ordered was taken off of my order. My TV broke in our move. We are devastated by this. The truck also shook really bad around 40 and 70 miles per hour, it made the ride down a total headache.

Jennifer BMake sure to take picture proof of everything on the truck from damage to mileage so you don't get charged for going 213 miles instead of the 13 miles you actually went. Truck wasn't fueled up either. It was 17 miles from empty when I got it. Plus my reservation was for 10am and did not get it til almost 11 cause the location wasn't open.
STEPHEN RI was overcharged for an item I didn't use. I requested numerous times for this overcharge to be removed but I was ignore by its management . I will not rent from this dealer again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.
Levy MTrailer was filthy on outside but clean inside. Location was not professional.
