Nothing. The person I spoke to there had a little trouble filling out some of the forms, but that issue was resolved with a phone call.

Returned when place was closed but very easy

Joseph SI will never use Uhaul again...it's not NYIC to blame, my communication was solely with a Uhaul representative becuase of your new "Neighborhood Dealer" system. I got completely screwed yesterday, no phone call/no email, no attempt on Uhaul's end to rectify it. Even after the rebate I'm supposed to get, just wouldn't use Uhaul again. Pathetic, at best, customer service.
