We had trouble removing the key from the ignition
Amber SandersNowhere to park our uhaul at all. Lady told me to just park anywhere on the sidewalk, but there was nowhere and it was all sidewalk lining a neighborhood?? We just parked it in the one space there in front of the office even though it stated not to do so. Lady there just asked for the key and said nothing else. No return receipt, nothing. Felt a bit weird about dropping uhaul off in this remote strange location with people who didn't give a darn.
jenny detheroThe 10-foot truck was filthy. The cab of the truck floor and running board were covered in mud and two of the tires were totally covered in mud. The truck should have been washed and cleaned before rental.
Charles MooreVehicle headlights were fogged over and dangerous. Windshield was extremely dirty. The truck share app was useless at this location as I was supposed to just be able to pick up a truck, but I had to go back in the rental office at this site and waste my time by giving the representative all of my information again that I already gave through the app and with a U-Haul operator on the 1-800 line. This is a complete waste of time and unnecessary according to the Uhaul app. It's imperative, to maintain the safety of the vehicle by ensuring things like headlights are clear and windshields are clean.

Danny BRICE ROBERTSThe check in and check out process- self service with app was confusing, time and labor intensive and I had a lot of difficulty opening the lock box. While the equipment was clean and good, this process was subpar.

Timothy TempletonI filled the gas tank up with gas to the level I received it (7/8) and was fraudulently charged $15 for gas. I am disputing it with my credit card since no one will respond to me. Scam!

Hannah WillisYou need to change it so that it is impossible to schedule 24/7 self check-in outside of business hours is impossible to book at a location that does not accommodate that service. If you allow me to book for 9, I shouldn't have to wait until the office opens at 10.

Jan SciegienkaI was extremely skeptical that the self check-out process through the app would actually work, but to my great surprise and delight everything went seamlessly! It was easy to checkout and return which was nice that I did not have to wait for the store to open.
James ODwyerYour website glitches, i was unable to extend my rental via the website. And I called the store countless times to try to extend it and they never answered, they just let it ring and ring all day long. I start calling when they first opened and attempted to get through off and on for several hours. Eventually had to get on and request via chat.

Ballard BierbaughI reserved a 17' haul and received a 15' truck instead...although I was still charged for the 17'. The back of the uhaul had leaves and giant tacks/roofing tacks in which I stepped on one that went through my shoe. Will be taking this up with customer service
ALEXANDER HATCHERTha trank didn't have any gas at all I had to put gas in it to even get started with my day ashes was in it of course I made a video of it.I would love my money back or at least half I had tha truck back on time I haven't even gotten tha repayment back .uuuugggggg.
Darryl JohnsonEverything was fine except the gas tank was almost empty when I picked it up. I was told there was about a quarter tank. Gas light came on 5 miles into use while I was on the highway in rush hour traffic. So that was a fun 40 minute detour to get gas. In the household I was raised in, if you wanted to use the car you had to make sure the next person did start the car to an empty tank. It's a basic courtesy and respect. Only other thing is that there was no street parking available for drop off so I had to use one of the two customer parking spots. Office seaman organized. I would use again, but I would take better care to ask about the gas levels before I leave.

I had done the pre check in, and I have photos of my passport on my phone but obviously didn't take my passport with me to take a Live Photo already at location. Was extremely inconvenient having to work around unclear expectations and wake friends early in the morning to verify me.

David MalusoThe guy was so ready to leave when I came to pick up the truck, he gave me very minimal information about it, gave me the keys, then left. I was having problems with the truck when I got it so I forgot to take pictures. I actually had to call a friend for help because, again, the sales associate just gave me the keys and left. Had I not had problems, I would have at least taken pictures of the needle on the gas tank. He'd told me to bring it back like I found it, which I did--a little below 1/2. But then they charged me $18, saying it wasn't on half. Not only that, they also charged me for an unexplained after hours fee. When I complained to the manager, he would only refund the after hours fee and not the gas. I explained with the truck sitting in the heat, some of the gas might have evaporated before I got it. He never responded. I will never rent from them again.
Racquel DavisLocation has no phone that can take customer questions, the business phone is completely automated with only a voicemail. I left my $60 parking pass hanging in the mirror and still have not been able to contact someone at the location after leaving multiple voicemails. What's worse is UHAUL doesn't even have a way to reach someone at the location, I called UHAUL customer service for help and waited 45 minutes to speak to a representative who did nothing to help me. Completely unacceptable.
