We went 21 miles over the projected mileage and was charged 22.00. We had the truck returned a day before it was due. So you were paid for 2 days of use and we only used one day and then we were charged for over mileage! So now you have a truck back a day early that someone paid 2 days for, can rent it out for another 2 days and charged because we were over miles a bit! Way to cheat you customers out of money!
Chad DeBoerLower prices. I used truck for 4 days I would think that $50 a day would be fair for a 20' truck. Other than that I was very satisfied.

Joyce PayneI wanted to rent a truck in Columbus but it became unavailable two days prior. I spoke with Scott at U-Haul and he was fantastic. He found me a truck in Norfolk and offered half price mileage for the 100 mile inconvenience. I was charged full price though - hopefully it can still be resolved.

Gary KassebaumThe trailer had a wheel bearing that was failing. Would have liked for the location to have checked these types of things periodically to make sure that the equipment is in good operating condition. They were very helpfully/courteous during the check out/check in process's

Rocky DaberkowThis location has very poor customer service. Do NOT rent from this location. You have to wait a very long time just for them to help you, and when they finally arrive they act like you're bothering them. They act annoyed and have a very poor attitude. Very poor people skills. The equipment is fine, but you have to wait another very long time just for them to hook it up. They sent out a young kid who had absolutely no idea what he was doing. He didn't know how to hook up the trailer. Luckily, I do, so I was fine. But, if you hadn't used a trailer before, and you got this employee, you'd be in trouble. Do NOT rent from this location. Rent elsewhere.

Matthew Nicholsthe local dealer charged me an extra $9 and change for gas. the tank was not full when i took the truck. I treveled 10 miles and put in 2,2 gallons of gas, but was still charged for additional fuel. Kinda got ripped off.

Jeannie FoxThe battery in the uhaul was dead. We had to waste the gas and time of rental to have them jump it to get it to start. They then made us use the gas to run it before we could take it and insisted we still take it even though it needed a new battery. Very dissatisfied. When we went to leave after it was loaded with stuff it wouldn't start, yet again. Very frustrating when we pay for something and expect to get what we were charged for. But very frustrating we had to use more gas to keep it running to transport our belongings.
Kelsie KinneyThe only trouble I had was finding the place. They have 2 locations, but one is apparently just where they store the extra trailers. The other location I couldn't find, but that was google's bad directions. I called the store and she gave me the correct address and then it was easy. Very helpful staff.

Susan BattershawImproving the cleanliness of the Uhaul. It was disgusting when we picked it up. Bandaids and chips were everywhere in the front seat and in the back. The windshield was full of bugs. Not safe to drive on the interstate/highway.

Robert ReynoldsI was very disappointed that the fuel was at just over a half a tank of gas and the representative noted there was 3/4 of a tank. I forgot to check the fuel before I left the facility. When I did notice that I was too far away but I didn't wanna turn around and go back to tell them. I returned the truck with about $20 more gas than what I was given to start with. I then got overcharged for another $20 when I returned the truck because they said I didn't have 3/4 of a tank of gas. Very disappointed in this rental!
Dwight PraeunerNebraska appliance center was exceptional after the original location of Koch's Hi-way service failed terribly. There was no one around at the time of my scheduled pickup, but there was a sign that directed me to a second location of theirs, where someone would be. Upon arrival there, no one was at that location as well. I then called their business several times and there was no answer. I went back to the original location and still no one was around. At this point I called Nebraska appliance center and they were able to change my reservation to their location. After that everything went exceptionally well.
Eric PfeifferI was told to drop the trailer off anywhere at the location on Sunday, which I did, and I was charge an extra day rent. On the final contract it said the trailer was dropped off 9:23 Monday morning. Was I suppose to walk inside and let them know it was back when I dropped off Sunday. Did not appreciate getting charged an extra day

Mary MillerRepair the chains that hook up to the vehicle. They should be a "S" configuration not a "V". My chains never did hook up properly. This is not where you cut corners. There was more than one trailer there with the "V" hooks.
