Keep up with the great work
Isaac MoralesThat van was not clean and had trash from the previous user both in the cab and the cargo area. Also did not receive the furniture pads I requested, but I did call and was issued a refund for them. Otherwise the van was in great condition and was perfect for the items I needed to move. Would certainly rent one again when the time comes.

Ruthie GopenSelf service pickup and dropoff was... mostly pickup... was a HORRIBLE experience. Your app is AWFUL and didn't work. If people need a mobile device, give them an app that works.
Gary KellyMy comments have more to do with it not being a full service location than any thing else. With no rep on site, the pickup process was difficult. We had trouble with the app, and the key lock was not easily opened in the pouring rain. A rep onsite would have been a big assist. I will avoid unmanned locations in the future for this reason.

SCOTT KIDDOnly complaint is UHaul said I still had the equipment 2 days later and I didn't. It was dropped off same day.

Paul E DegnanEverything was fine but paying almost $30 for gas for just 10 miles was ridiculous. I paid $10 in my Yukon XL and got almost 100 miles for that. It was frustrating paying that additional fee after already paying miles for an advertised "19,95 a day."
Alonso ChavarriagaThe LOCAL UHaul rep, Dave, was great. The location is fine (althought the keys were kept about 50 yards from the trucks, which was inconvenient). I interacted with Dave twice and he was extremely helpful. You should have real people on the job on the weekends, because we had a TERRIBLE experience with your app and retrieving the keys. The check-in experience at the location through the app was BAD. It took 45 minutes---OUR TIME, NOT UHAUL's---to get the keys. Nobody told us we'd have to go through several more steps (photograph your own face, photograph your license front and back, inspect the vehicle, retrieve the keys with NO COMBINATION to the lock given, and having less than a quarter tank of fuel in the truck). I had to restart the process three times because I kept hitting digital walls. We had to call three times to get the combination to the lock or troubleshoot the lock itself when it wouldn't open. Therefore, when I returned the vehicle, I did not go through your Byzantine return process (in a lightning storm and pouring rain, btw). By cheaping out on having employees onhand, you waste the CUSTOMER's time, which is also valuable, btw. When I got the bill, there were fuel charges, even though we left MORE fuel in the tank than when we rented it. We were charged for blankets, which I indicated upon rental in your crappy app were not present in the truck. We were charged a "safe trip fee"===what the hell is THAT? If moving rental companies are going to start clipping people with fees and unfair charges like the airlines do, you're going to be in trouble with the CFPB pretty soon. ZERO net promoter score for uHaul and your bad check-in system and impossible to open lockers for truck keys. Above average score for your local Rodman rep Dave. We will be renting from Budget or Penske in the future. This will not be the only place you will see this review.
