Lockbox was inaccessible, rental dollies and blankets were not loaded on truck, took 2,5 hours to pick up truck

Jeffrey MThe 26' truck I rented was horrible. There was basically no suspension in the vehicle and the AC didn't work on a 90 degree day in Georgia. The cherry on top was the customer service lady who couldn't have cared less about the issues and offered no resolve to my awful experience except telling me the total I owed.

CARROLL BThe young lady that assisted me was outstanding. The truck was; 1. Missing the passenger side wiper blade. 2. There was trash in the rear. 3. The truck was shaking while I was driving. I was not able to check it back in, because the U-Haul website gave me a message "you do not have a current reservation".
RONNIE AThe vehicle had no working vent, air conditioning, heat or defrost. The fan/motor pushed NO air at all. This would have been no problem, except for that the day was unusually warm and raining so the window could not be rolled down without getting soaked (which I did) and the windshield could not be defogged when the windows were raised. Otherwise, all was good with the service.

Nancy GVery hard to find due to vegetation. Sign was not seen till I was passing the drive. However, I was greeted and treated warmly and checked out quickly (she did not open the back to verify the Dolly was there or the bay was clean - which it was). Also, the office, while clean, had a shelf in the floor that obviously fell. Again, I would use the company orange to paint an accent wall to brighten the area.

Ken wThere was confusion on which location I was going to. I had confirmed with this location. I was also sent the Franklin location and called and told them I had already confirmed the Elzie Johnson Rd. I got another e-mail the next day telling me the Frankline Rd was waiting on my pick-up. This just caused some sonfusion.
