I called the day before and they weren't even sure they accepted drop offs. Once we got through that fiasco, we dropped it off as planned. The guy was pretty rude about all of it and was super unhelpful and told us we had to check it back in online ourselves, and then he went back into his office. That process of checking ourselves back in with pictures of the truck and mileage took 20 minutes and alot of headache (pictures wouldn't be accepted, kept getting pushed back to the start). At the end of that mess I got charged another $40!! I'll never use U-Haul again; sorry but that was ridiculous and to be charged without even being told "why" isn't right.

The truck's driver side door leaked when driving through the rain, Also, upon filling the truck for the first time 300 miles down, the filler hose from the spout to the fuel tank had a hole and leaked and lost about a gallon or so of fuel on the ground at the truck stop. I was able to curtail the leak with duct tape. these issues were reported at the drop off location.
Phil RingerAce in the Hole Towing, stated they are not apart of uhaul network, there was NO key drop box at this location. Refused to take the key, had to call customer support and find new drop off location.
