Michele SementiniI think the "scam" of having to fill out the uhaul/share thing while at the location is inconvenient I was in a bit of a rush and trying to make sure I only got charged for what I used and once I got home I saw I had to be there at the location. Which I don't understand because miles are whar ur basis of charging is aside from a day so it seemed like a way to scrape a little bit more out of the customer. The employees were fine not a-problem there just the process of return

Troy PearceThere was no location near our destination that would accept the trailer we rented. UHaul central first sent us to a location ten miles away and out of town, only to find that they were closed when we got there. The note on the door said to drop it ourselves and check in with the app. We did not know how to safely unhitch the trailer so I called UHaul central . They sent us to this place on Southpoint Blvd to receive the trailer. These people do not usually accept trailers and did not want to accept it. But they did make space and it was not there fault as I guess the trailers are a problem for some locations. It just seemed very hard to return the trailer. The pickup was easy, the trailer was a great size and clean, but dropping it off was very hard.
Roberta FoliartThe lady that helped my Mom and I was so nice! The van was really clean, and it was a really smooth easy process! Be on time and fill up the vehicle with gas right before dropping it off, and you won't have any problems! I highly recommend.

Ken MartinYou guys need to improve your app. It takes forever to upload photos during the return process. I also couldn't check in on it, and had to go into the office to get my rental. Even the employee at the store told me "yeah, the app sucks."

Kerstin BandnerThere is a problem with the idle of the truck we rented. It is Idling way too fast and forces you to apply tremendous pressure to the brake at stoplights and stop signs to keep the truck from lurching forward. Hopefully, this can get fixed soon.

She is friendly, helpful and is genuinely an excellent representative of your company. I rent twice a year and and she is always that way. Do not lose her as a representative for your company.

Joe DeAvilaI had a great experience at this location and Sarah and Chris were great help when my Uhaul radiator exploded on my way back. Unfortunately they had a tough time getting someone to come for roadside assistance. They called multiple locations and finally found a mechanic. I was stranded on the side of the road for hours. And I was still charged by Uhaul. I absolutely love renting from this location and they are amazing. I am very disappointed in U-Haul as a company with this poorly maintained truck and the inconvenience and safety issues that this caused for me. This was a bad experience and I would like to be reimbursed for the trouble it caused. I missed an extremely important meeting while stranded with this mechanical issue.
Kristen PreussWe spent time cleaning the truck before returning it after seeing what a nightmare it was to pick one up and I just saw a $500 cleaning fee that is completely bogus on my final billing. I didn't get a phone call, there is nothing on the contract and this is the worst experience renting a vehicle I've ever had.
