The uhaul was so exceptionally clean. Steve and his team were so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Location was great and ease of return was fantastic.

Richard HCharged me 2 day rental when I only had the truck 2 hours . Truck was turned in and parked at the front office , very obvious the truck was on site when they opened Monday morning.

Mark CFirst time using the 24/7 Share rental option. Easy check in and simple to follow instructions . Couldn't get any easier. I did want to point out that while inspecting the u-haul the driver door was unlocked prior to us even retrieving the key from the lockbox, which was very odd. But I'm glad it was us who rented it - there definitely aren't a lot of honest people out there these days ! Definitely was an easy and smooth less experience. Will recommend.

William HMake sure the truck is clean and has gas. I had to drive out of my way to put gas in the truck because it was almost empty. The inside of the truck was covered in some type of sticky liquid and was dirty. It smelled like somebody had used the bathroom inside. The back of the truck had what looked to be engine oil, dirt and trash inside. It looked like somebody had been hauling scrap metal inside. I paid over $120 for this truck and I had to clean it before I could use it. The location was closed, so I had no choice but to take the truck due to having to move out that day. I will not be using u-haul again unless they make this right.
Chris RI am a repeat Uhaul customer. I did not received the level of quality and service i expect from this U-haul location. They stole my money. I drove the truck for 6 miles, and i decided to return the truck. Something strange happen: they charge me 28 miles. The address i went was 106 S White St, Marshville, NC 28103 Please calculate the mileage? This U-haul is very disorganize, there is possibility the mileage out was count wrong from the previous customer. I did a mistake to not verified the out mileage.

Robin LI returned my truck on Saturday as planned had to use key drop box well this week got a email from uhaul telling me they were charging me for another day and for insurance.. I've called and talked with owner and he said he would call me back and nothing I've tried to call 2 days in a row and no answer.. I'm very disappointed in uhaul never had them to do us like this we have used this company several times.. I guess we will start looking into budget truck rentals.

Joyce RAs I have never had the luxury of knowing in advance when I might need a U-Haul truck or trailer, Northcutt Affordables has always been my goto rental for the trucks or trailers I might need. Steve and his wife and employees are always efficient, dependable and friendly and have always met my needs without exception.
