The trailer I rented was old and needed some repairs I think it should be replaced. All in all it worked ok

Patrick SchoenhoffI had a 14 hour drive. After I was checked in, they sent me to wait for 30 minutes. I called twice and each time was told someone was on the way. To my disappointment they were not. They need to decide which business is there priority. Once he came to get me the dolly. He was very professional.

I don't consider myself a dumb person, but I sure felt dumb trying to figure out the process, mainly because I had never been to this location before. 路♂️

MICHAEL SIMMSI don't blame the location at all for my dissatisfaction. They don't arrive and open until 830 yet UHAUL allows you to make reservations before the open and after they close. The employees told me how they regularly tell UHAUL this yet UHAUL is too incompetent to change anything
Jason QuinleyI would not recommend because the shop is an overt Trump supporter with support posters on the wall. If i did not need the truck at that literal moment, i would have tried to find somewhere else. People were polite enough, building didn't seem clean though.

Steve payneThe app was the biggest pain to get to work and then to have my information verified by someone online was nuts and took about 30min. I had movers at the house waiting for me to show up with the truck so very disappointed with the online service.

GREGORY MATHISONVery hard to get the truck out of the lot. The truck was parked in by other uhauls. Took a good 30 mins just to try to get it out of the lot. Ordered a cart and never received the cart. When we went to get the key the whole box literally fell off the wall since it was so lose and barely holding on.

Jack MontgomeryThe only issue I had was with the ramp on the truck. The ramp is way too short. It needs to be longer by 3-4 feet. The ramp is very steep even on level ground. Either a longer ramp is needed or air ride in the back to lower the suspension further due to a shorter ramp.
Kiley GilleyI worked with Sharon, at the corporate level, and Jeremy, at the local store, Jiffy Lube in House Springs, MO. They were both very accommodating and were both a pleasure to work with. I experienced several hiccups along the way, but at every turn U-Haul addressed all of my concerns immediately and truly cared about my entire experience.

I specifically requested in the reservation and verified at pickup the option to call and determine pickup location when I was ready to return.

michael farrueThe rental locations are excellent. U-haul is the problem. I make a reservation online for a specific rental and it is confirmed by U-haul. The day before pick-up every time I rent from U-haul, I receive a phone call from U-haul that my reservation is being modified or cancelled. There is no point on making a reservation with U-haul. They are capable of taking the reservation, they just haven't learned how to "hold" the reservation I request for my needs. These review questions are asking the wrong questions. The U-haul rental location is trying to work with the customer, but U-haul is actively working against the rental location and the customer. It isn't fair to rate the rental location due to U-haul's poor first come, first served mentality when a reservation is in theory supposed to hold a request for a specific needed rental. Renter beware.

Jason WalkerThe check out process needs work. The rental guy couldn't complete my cc transaction, and after calling U-Haul found out the cc system was down. Why couldn't a message have just popped up on his end? It slowed down my move having to wait 30min to figure it out. Luckily I had cash on me to pay the fee. Rental guy was good, got it handled.
Ted WhiteI've been going to this location for years. The lady there is extremely nice and always helpful. I have a storage unit through this location. Very clean and low prices. I never had any issues with them at all. I recommend them highly!

dilip atchyutaLiterally never got up from their chairs. I had to unhook trailer, safety chains and lights. It was too cold outside they said!! Wow. Towing is obviously their business with a side check from U-Haul. Theses guys are lazy and worthless compared to U-Haul service received in St Pete, FL. Stop their contract. Plenty of people in area without giving U-haul a bad name.
THOMAS RICEWebsite reserved the trailer for me in Eureka. I got a confirmation call from High Ridge. The locations are around 10 miles apart so not a big deal but if I hadn't noticed, it could have been a problem.
