I had a reservation for several weeks. I was sent an email that my location has changed due to not having a truck available a couple days prior to my pick up date. I was able to approve the new location and reserve a time of 9am from the email. I showed up today at my scheduled time and found my location (Oh Yeah Liquidators) didn't open until 10am. I decided to go to a nearby store to stall for time, but now I'm behind schedule for our move. I then go back to Oh Yeah Liquidators and they don't even have a 15' truck. Why was I relocated to a store that doesn't even have a truck available. I had to call Uhaul and get another location, but now I'm 2 hours behind in my move. I do not understand why I was sent to a store that doesn't have a truck and I was also able to reserve a time spot when that location didn't event open until 10am. Been a long time customer, but I'm Not verify happy about how Uhaul did me wrong.
