TOBIQUE VALLEY MANOR INCAlthough in well maintained, that trailer was really old and had no tie-down points on the side rails. Just tiny little slots you can't get a strap through. (Maybe there used to be some other fastener system) I ended up damaging some furniture because I had no way to keep it from moving inside the trailer.
Eric VandalJust have better lighting around the shop/building so you know where to park your vehicle s when the business is closed, other than that great people I only spoke with on the phone but very friendly and helpful.
Benjamin PetersonI went an picked up my U-Haul from Falls Service Centre on Friday, September 22, just before 4 PM. To start with, they didn't have the size that I reserved. I reserved a 15 feet and got a 20 feet. So therefore, I was charged charged for a 20 feet and not the 15 feet that I reserved. When I got to Edmundston (where I lived), I made a stop at my workplace to pick up something and when I went to start back the vehicle, it was not starting anymore. I called back Falls Service Centre and they told me they can't do anything for me and basically left me there without any service and told to call U-Haul directly. Obviously no check-up was made on the vehicle. I called U-Haul directly and they asked me to explain the problem. Someone came to see the vehicle and told me there is nothing they can't do. I talked with about 3-4 persons from U-Haul and the last person I talked to accused me of not have enough gas in the vehicle so that's why it was not started. Th vehicle was at 3/4 to empty. She also told me that she can't gave me a new one until Saturday Morning, which was a problem for me because my moving date was the next day, Saturday, September 30, in Montreal at 11:30 AM. She finally told me that someone will come give me another one. They came, put gas in the vehicle to see if it would start, but it didn't again, so that was not the problem like one of your associate told me. It is now 8 PM, the movers I had were no longer available and had to pack until 10 PM at night. If I reserved a U-Haul for a specific day, it's because I need it the day of and not the next day. Also, I expect that the vehicle I'm paying 786 $ for, will work correctly and smoothly. According to your politics all the vehicle are "routinely inspected and maintained to the highest standard". This is not what I experienced at all.

Dave YatesI picked it up with 1/4 of a tank, returned it with 1/4 of a tank and they gave me a fuel surcharge of over $70. When I called to question they were rude, claimed it had less than it did and told.me to take it uo with uhaul head office cause they weren't going to do anything. We use uhaul a fair amount bit won't be using them or recommending them anymore in the future.

I had to change to a smaller version that is why I changed the pick up location for my convenience had great service from Grand Falls Ok tire & Glass thanks.

I took several pictures with my phone, uploaded them, but I got stuck in that page. I ended up quitting the application. Everything went perfectly with the equipment. I love dealing with Eric Tepper. He is a true gentleman. He treated me very well.
Timothy SmithThe owner of this location as well as the location in Edmunston saved our move! After the U-haul schedular messed up our reservations 3 times!!!! We would have been left without a way to pick up our U-box if it wasn't for the owners of these 2 locations. We ended up having to paying way more than we were quoted and had to drive to another province to collect our U-box. But the owners of these locations worked together to make this disaster of a move better. We will never deal with U-hauls "service" Center ever again. I recommend calling the individual dealers locations instead if you want to have a smooth move.

Pierre-Luc BosséThe inside wasn't clean. The window was very dirty. I had to stop at a gas stop to wash the inside of the windshield as I couldn't see much with the sun hitting inside when I was driving. Was low on oil . All 4 tires had a different air pressure. 73 , 79 , 65 , 76 . It cause me more on fuel do to this . I rented uhaul before and never in this poor condition. Not very please with ok tire from grand falls nb.
