NORMAN BThis trailer needs a major overhaul. It was rusty which made the lock hard to use. The door was loud, got stuck, and was generally not well oiled or maintained. The exterior paint was cracked and ugly. The interior side bumpers were falling off. The door pull strap was greasy and filthy.

willard wI wanted some kind of written document that said the trailer was checked in and in good condition. This would be for my protection, in case something happened to the trailer after I returned it. However, this was not available (in person). All I was given was a receipt that it was turned in. This isn't a big deal, it's just not how I have done business with Uhaul, in the past. The people were all very friendly and knew their job.

Theresa ABrian and Cassie, at Ole Cedar Mill Mini Storage, rented my assistant and I each a 6'x12' utility trailer which we used to move the entire contents of a nearby storage unit. We moved the contents to a family member living out of state in north Idaho. Both trailers performed flawlessly for the entire 750+ mile roundtrip.

Brian FI ended up having to drive for almost an hour to drop off the truck without being reimbursed for gas and still getting charged for some miles on top! I want at least a refund for the extra miles charge since my original planned drop-off location was fine and I want extra gas at least reimbursed for at least a half.

Kevin GDoes this location have any idea what the words "Customer Service" mean? I had a problem with my bill and was charged for an extra day, as well as charged for Safe Move Plus erroneously, resulting in overcharges of $214. The Uhaul representative was defensive and argumentative from the beginning, not interested in solving my problem at all, and ultimately dismissed me and my concerns by saying they couldn't do anything about it and I had to call the 1-800 number. If you are physically unable to adjust the charges, then just say so and don't waste my time arguing about how your employees always check in rentals the millisecond they show up and a full extra day of rental was my fault because I missed the "scheduled return time" by a few minutes (literally).

Scott Hthere was an issue with the trailer lighting, the right tail light/turn signal was not working properly. the right rear tire of the trailer had a slow leak and required me to fill it up with air twice during the rental and the inside of the trailer floor was filthy with a white powdery dirt/substance....all of these items were not noticeable upon the initial inspection.
