I've rented uhaul trailers on several occasions from this location and the lady is always very nice and helpful. Gets you in, hooked up and on the road in a timely manner

The woman who rents the U-Hauls is so nice, personable and helpful. I have always had a wonderful experience here. The equipment is always in great shape also.

Daniel COn line check in was very difficult even had to call main # was put on hold for over 25 minutes .. we had a confirmed reservation number but when we went our account it showed no reservation.. truck had couple cracks on the windshield, and damaged windshield visor. The engine light and towing light remained on. Very frustrating experience .

olivia AI reserved a unit across the street from my home, I received a call from U-haul that this location did not have a truck available and that I would have to drive an additional 10 miles to secure a truck, the morning of I received a text that the second location did not have a truck available and that i would have to go to a third location. I was required to drive an additional 40 miles and naturally I had to pay for those additional miles, to the tine of $40, I do not believe I should have to pay the additional amount when I reserved a truck closer to home several days out.

ELIZABETH AEverything went well. Pick up was easy, and the drop off was without issue as well. Parking area and key drop box were both lit, and easy to navigate.
JACK DI expected to pick up the truck at a closer location. I bought two wardrobe boxes and had to pick them up at a different location. I wasn't happy about that. Otherwise the truck was fine. The floor was dirty so I had to clean it before putting my boxes on it.

WENDY LI put this complaint in over a over a two months ago. My trailer disconnected while loaded. And I called and informed uhaul. I made inquiries the next day and requested a review of the photos that were taken upon completion of my install. I have made repeated call to speak to a manager and to date I have not spoken to anyone in a position of leadership. My life, my passengers life and my property were all placed at stake due to the inefficiency of a uhaul employee. And the location I rented from has yet to return my call
BRYAO JVery good experience. I hated the trailer connector. Twisting that square around and around was frustrating and I was worried anytime could steal it at any time because there was no way to lock it. I could lock up the contents but not lock it so that no one could steal the trailer.
