Karl B | Expérience généraleThe app is absolutely horrible. I wasn't able to use it for pickup, and had to do the return process three times because it kept resetting. It was freezing and raining, and I had to keep running around in the rain taking pictures of the truck.

Owen SThey offered me a discount to return the Uhaul to a location farther than my destination, and then later charged me more money for miles, so I ended up spending more money over all in gas. Uhaul is a scam and charges way to much money. What a rip off.

Terie TMake sure the windshield is clean both inside and out. There was so much dirt and film on the INSIDE of the windshield that when the sun would hit at certain angles I could not see through the windshield at all. And even through it didn't affect my driving the dash was filthy as well. It was also the most uncomfortable vehicle I've ever driven. The only reason I'm rating higher than poor is because it DID still get the job done.

Terie TThe remote process is tenuous. They vehicle was parked in a way that made it impossible to get it out of the spot, it was dark and you had to vouch for condition of vehicle in the dark. The APP didn't work easily, kept having to go in and out to get it to complete. Original location I was to pick up from, even though I called location and confirmed, ended up not being available, wasted an hour of my time when I didn't have it to spare. Created more stress than I needed. Not sure I would ever do this again.

I was told I had to rent the trailer for the 4 day minimum when I picked it up, but that a credit might be issued since I was not needing it that long. I did not need four days and returned on Saturday yet no credit was issued.

Crystal A | Expérience généraleMy only complaint is the cost. I rented a cargo van for a few hours at $19.95. This price is extremely deceptive! At $1,08 per mile, my two hour rental of $19,95 went to almost $60 with tax. I then had to pay an additional $8 in gas. It is completely unreasonable to charge that high of a price per mile that does not include gas. Advertising a daily rate if $19,95 is very misleading as my total was almost 4 times that amount.

TIMOTHY HThe one me complaint that I have a that when I made the reservation I informed the person I spoke to that I needed a storage unit at the destination. I asked each representative that I spoke to after that if a unit had been reserved and the day that I was due to arrive at the destination, a unit still had not been reserved. Then they tried giving me a 4'x4' storage unit. Luckily the ladies at the destination weee able to find a slightly larger unit for me.

THOMAS PTried to drop off the trailer at 10:30 am. Nobody there. Called Uhaul and was directed to do the online drop off. Had to log in, take pics of the location and trailer. In the rain. At 10:30 am. Not cool.
Aaron GThis pickup location was changed three times after I ordered it and then I had to pick it up later than I needed. When asked what about Portland I was told they couldn't check that.

There were a few times they accommodated me when they did not have to. You don't expect that from a "storage facility". I would absolutely use them again and recommend their services. Thank you for the amazing customer experience. Hard to find these days.
