It appeared the location office was not open when returning the vehicle. Just in case an issue presents itself someone should be on site to help.
Tracey BWhen we got there, nobody was there. I guess they decided not to come to work that day. And the truck was there. But the other parts that I ordered was not there. we had to go somewhere else and get the parts that I ordered. And we brought the truck back, we brought it back earlier than we were supposed to and they thought. Said we brought it back hours later. Which is a lie. And you said we didn't put gas in the in the truck and we did. I feel that I was overcharged for something you did not us. But no one was there. No i will not Recommend that particular U-haul again.
