Work on the inferior UHaul app so people can actually utilize the no contact feature as expected.

Anthony BranomThe U-Haul representative was rude and stated he was not trained and that I had to do everything through the app. I would never recommend using this U-Haul location. In fact, this was the last straw for me and I will be using the competition whether it's Budget, Penske, or Enterprise. You get what you pay for.
Marsha MaldonadoThe owner of the store was argumentative about allowing my automobile to be parked at the facility even though there was plenty of parking. When I was having challenges logging into my account, the woman at the counter asked me to go outside. They were not helpful at all.
Ck Vanoveron your website before booking it states this location is open from 8am -9pm EDT on Sunday. The store was not opened until 9:30 and when I mentioned to the store owner he states that you all know that and require to do mobile app. I also tried the mobile app and it was very slow and not operating properly. I called in several times but it delayed my time by at least 2 hrs.
Sophia Keysecond time I've rented from them and no problem at. They have even offered to hep with the process of getting the U-Haul. So hands down they have my business

Corey RandolphNot only did they charge me a 14 fee for safe move that I did not ask for I returned the rental truck early it took them several hours to return the truck uhaul kept calling me to see where the truck was hours after it was returned it was a terrible experience I will never rent from them again
Jennifer AlfordHorrible place. I extended my rental for a month on a daily basis by calling the 1800 number or by extending it online. The day before I am suppose to return the vehicle, I call to make sure of the time, suddenly the next morning 10 police cars show up to my hotel room because the location tried saying I stole the vehicle;; they ended up not arresting me because I proved I kept extending it, and that it's not my fault the store doesn't have good communication with the 1 800 number and that was their fault;; they got the vehicle back that day and agreed no charges were being placed because I was right... But then a month later, they take out a warrant for my arrest for theft by conversion AND wipe out my U-Haul online account that shows my daily extension and payment receipts for the days, plus they forge my signature on a digital primary note that I never seen before. Do not ever use them.

Very nice people but consequently I was charged for excessive mileage and have not been able to talk to anyone that can help me. I was told to talk with the drop off but they advised me to call 1-800-Uhaul and they previously told me to talk to the drop off office. I'm grossly overcharged because the pickup office could not correct the over mileag3 charge. I was told I could go on line and modify my contract, did not work. When I called I was told the drop off could help, not available. I'm going to dispute this with my credit car unless I hear from you. Dianne Rosh 678-525-3484
Dianne RoshLow tire pressure reading, I went 2 miles out of the way to get air that was not needed. Had to trick the alert message on the dash, to get mileage reading to figure how many miles I traveled.

Eric HulenI did not like the whole self-check-in experience. It was extremely time-consuming. The area has a poor connection. Multiple times I had to scan the same requested document. I had to call numerous times. I guess the time I needed was not at a location with a human being. I won't recommend self-check-in. I'll just wait for a location to open.
Sybile CreecyUhaul and the ease of renting and returning was wonderful however I have never had to worry about gas or possible problems at any other location and I have rented in various locations throughout the years. The uhaul I had gotten (10 foot truck) wasn't even at a half of tank of gas ( when every other rental the tank was full.) The check engine light came on and stayed on for the first half of my trip. I picked up the truck and the dashboard lights saying " RR tire pressure low" Put air in tire!" I went into the facility and was told not to worry about it from a woman who was behind the counter. As a woman driving a truck it made me uncomfortable to "not worry about tire pressure being low and the check engine light being on as a way to start a move. Also not leaving with a full tank of gas to begin my journey was unusual for my many uhaul rentals. Normally the gas is always full. I tried to contact uhaul to see if it was safe to drive but the wait time for a representative was over twenty five minutes and was told to use chat online. I tried that and waited 20 minutes a d received no response so I finally ended the chat. For someone who was in a time crunch with others waiting to help with the move was not a great experience and resulted in my feeling anxious the entire trip.

After seeing him help someone else get set up he finally agreed to help me. One hour later. And the truck was on 3/4 of a tank when I picked it up. I got charged an extra $28 because I returned it at the same level.

David RiceThe truck itself was good, no issues. The people who rented it out to me however were not very friendly at all. I know that they have nothing to do with the company, but they acted like they were being bothered by me coming in to pick up the U-haul. No customer service!
Matthew PloofDo not rent a U-Haul from this place, they are lazy and dishonest, overcharging for gas. They did not offer a receipt saying it would be emailed, the truck had 1/4 gas in the tank, they refused to check me in and verify mileage and fuel when I returned even after I specifically asked the man. The only receipt I received was after I returned home and discovered they added a fuel surcharge and a charge for fuel. I called and spoke to the woman at Open Pantry since the U-Haul office was closed she refused to make an adjustment saying she did not make the charges that U-Haul added them. I will dispute this U-Haul as soon as they open. I have a video before and after I picked up the truck as well as photos of the fuel level and mileage. I drove 59 miles and somehow they think this used 3/4 of a tank of gas. Like I said dishonest!!

Anthony ChappellWe had a reservation and it went absolutely horrible. The people we were renting from us didn't want to give us the Uhaul keys even though we paid and showed we paid. They refused to and we had to wait over an hour to get the Uhaul after talking to multiple Uhaul representatives. Even then when we talked to people in corporate office the people refused to hide us the Uhaul. After proof that Uhaul saw our reservation and that we paid ahead for it. Worst experience and really set us behind. Will not recommend.
katie leeClerk was rude and charge me falsely! Gas was on a half tank when I left, actually topped it off at that gas station. Also charged for an extra day and was not supposed to. This does not need to be an authorized U-Haul location!
TANJA SHIVERSI was overcharged for fuel I drove 22 miles I added fuel before returning the truck and I was charged for an additional 8 gallons of fuel. I would like customer service to reach out to me I tried calling but the hold times were excessive.

Jason Bradford"Uhaul" part was excellent. Clean, well maintained, working A/C. Staff at Open Pantry friendly and no issues as with them as far as rental. My only complaint is that they list their hours as 8-5 everyday, but on the Sunday I went, there was no one present until an hour and a half (9:30) later. If you are on a tight schedule, this location may leave you somewhat frustrated. Other than that, 9/10; would use them again.

At the second location the rental was OK, until I got my receipt and saw I was charged for services I did not use.

Alison SilvaThey had no clue what they were doing. They had to be given the same information over and over. After we left with the truck, they called me to ask me when I was going to come and pick up the truck that I had reserved. I told them that we had just left there from picking up the truck. The man that called said that he would just go ahead and cancel the reservation. The people were the same way when the truck returned. I WILL NEVER RENT A TRUCK FROM THERE AGAIN. I have rented from U-Haul many times. This is the only time that I have been disappointed.

JARVIS DANIELI went inside this location to purchase fuel for the truck prior to returning it. I was then charged $58 for not refueling the truck? The store clerk was also not friendly or inviting.
