I almost died driving that truck! When I first started driving the truck it was fine, until I got on the freeway. That truck has bad alignment and it pulls to the right when driving. It rained, and I almost died driving on wet roads because it drifted towards the wall. That truck should be pulled off the streets and I deserve a discount for the danger I was put in.

Kareem APickup was great. Returning the truck while site is closed needs a better protocol. Was told I was liable for any damages and cyphered gas whilst the truck was on their property outside the gate due to the gate being closed. Attempted to charge me an additional $79 for gas!! when I returned it topped off. Unable to upload gas images through website so I was told it was not checked in. Please fix this for all other customers !

We returned the truck with 3/8 tank which was more than when wr got it and still got charged for fuel. Never have we had such a bad experience with uhaul but definitely not returning to this location.

James TThe truck cab(not the seats at least) was still wet from being sprayed down but all the cup holders had what looked and smelled like wet cigarette ash. Also, the mileage and fuel level weren't consistent with the contract which caused an issue at my drop off.

Aasa SHave a working system that allows to turn in a truck after hours when the front desk person is gone. The link that I was given did not work and kept putting me on a dashboard that did not help. Furthermore calling customer service was a 30 to 45 minute wait and chat support was a 15 to 20 minute wait, furthermore the chat recording stated the chat was instantaneous which was not true. We spend more time trying to check out and turn in the truck then actually using the truck. I will never ever recommend U-Haul from this place again nor will I ever use a U-Haul close to closing hours. I felt like I was an episode of Seinfeld how ridiculous it was to simply turn in a truck the app wasn't working even putting in the numbers for the dash didn't respond well and it would take multiple attempts like 50 to 60 tries. This U-Haul place can suck my ass
