Lots of construction going on, it is hard to find the entrance
Vinicio CThe location and truck were great. But using the app to try to pick up the uhaul was awful. There was no option to "pick up the truck" so I was on call with a uhaul rep for over 30 mins while they trued to help us get they truck.

Christ JNeed staff to keep windshields cleaner. The truck was filthy, could barely see out the windshield. The check engine light was on. This is not a big deal but the steering wheel was already worn at just over 26 000 miles. I am always afraid of getting blamed for these things even though I take pictures. I would think something like this could be replaced under warranty. Uhaul trucks seem like they are not well maintained and hardly likely to last long. Also I put about an extra $8 in the tank unintentionally and I get told Uhaul does not make adjustments, like they don't make enough charging 0,89 cents a mile which is garbage anyway since I believe the state allows us 0,53 a mile to write off

Christopher BThe location is fine. Difficult to get in and out of. The people that work there were great. Very helpful and friendly. The truck itself was absolutely a piece of junk. Because it was unsafe to maintain speed on the highway we were h able to take a direct path and had to drive backroads which increased the mileage.

They were efficient on checking out my Vehicle that it met their Standards as for pulling a 6X12 ft. enclosed Trailer. I had forgotten to pick up my 12 pads and the Gentleman loaded them up and brought them to my Home , now this is Customer Service at its Finest .....

Chari BWhen the lock I purchased for my unit didn't fit, they gave me one free of charge that a previous tenant left. (They could just as easily have sold it to me.) When that same lock got iced over and I couldn't get into the unit, the gentleman who owned the place was right there helping me melt it. Both people were friendly, I always felt safe going there alone. That matters.
