I went into the lot before closing time, I was done after they closed and tried to leave, my code wasn't working. I tried the 2 codes I was given and none worked. I called their number and the man that picked up the phone went on to verbally abusing me and my boyfriend, calling us names and swearing at us, for over 10 minutes while yelling at me to ask other patrons for help. After another patron let me out. USE THIS BUSINESS AT YOUR OWN RISK, IF YOU WANT TO BE ABUSED.

Owner (Mark) is extremely unprofessional likes to swear and threaten you if he does not get his way. Facility is dusty and dirty I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone.

The Staff was rude and constantly trying to double bill me or charge me for units that were not mine Twice I went to my locker to find my lock had been removed and someone went threw my locker When I mentioned it to the attendant his reply was : That happens here sometimes , Not my problem " My advice to anyone looking for storage is Go anywhere else

The staff is rude and completely useless They are constantly trying g to bill us twice each month They have even called saying they were foreclosing on our unit 2 days after I paid it Most of the time the main gate is open The office staff is only there when they feel like being there The final straw was when they tried billing me for someone else's unit I moved to another Storage Facility that costs a little more and isnt as close , But I am done with Paigan Trail Storage

I was threatened by the boss there. Police had to be called. Additional money was billed to credit card of $131,25 after 6 weeks approx was given. Credit card was attempted three times on same day. I was locked out of my locker while trying to move out of space because of altercation with staff member. This place should not be in business

I had unit for almost four years and only increased price once due to changing economy. We were given lots of time if we wanted to move. I would recommend facility. Barry Stobbs

Clean and tidy appears well organized

Lack of explanation on the web site about monthly payment and insurance. I booked to move in the middle of month and move out next month. I had to pay for 2months.

New owner, working kings out @ move in. Some work needed there, security gate operated intermittently after hours. Mgmnt said it had been repaired the next day.
