Donald MOnce again, the smart phone uploading of images and process was not working for me. I had to return to drop off during business hours. The attendant also was not able to use the system and said he would have to take care of it later. He apologized and said this was happening a lot.

Tom KI had reservations for a location in my town. It was triple booked so our reservation was changed without our notice. To another town and county then we were not given compensation for the extra milage. Very disasatisfied with the experience

Jimmy JMy truck was not at the promised location because the person who rented it earlier in the week "failed to bring it back". Apparently keeping it several days overdue. They need to keep better records since it was a local transaction. I drove over two hours to rent the truck rather than burn up miles driving a round trip move. When a truck was located, I was sent to pick it up across town. The people there were not friendly at all and even though I had already put in all of my information he had to do it again. I wasted half of my day just trying to get a truck that I had reserved well in advance.
Richard VThe interior of the truck smelled like a dog and had something sticky and nasty on the seat. The air conditioner was inoperable and made a 500 mile trip in 80 degree weather miserable. …Stuck in traffic jams with no AC in the hot sun.

JOHNNY SMore than one person associated with uhaul said that the website experience is sub par for such a large company. For instance, it is difficult to make changes to your online order when you actually pick up your vehicle.
Ben Mretrain the box road, Columbus ga location retrain the reps when I call the 800 number . I'm sure there's plenty on my contract for all the calls I had to make, complaints and problems I had. the Lawrenceburg location was great. nice old guy running it. polite and professional.
Kurt VRented me the same truck from last year, drivers door does not close properly and the roof still leaks. I think I am done with Uhaul

JASON AWe used a local dealership & they decided to close on Sat without telling me. Its only by chance I called to confirm & found out I had to go pick up the truck the next morning (Friday) because he was closing at noon on Friday. I think all local dealers who decide to close be required to call UHaul renters & alert them to the change, otherwise I would have been totally out of luck with movers etc all lined up. Pls require this of your local dealters!!!!
Jon HWonderful experience! Great guys at pickup location. Also, the Florence AL on Chisholm hwy has an employee named Courtney I believe. She was wonderful in helping us figure out what our best solution was to our situation. She was working on Fri eve towards the end of the business day. Merci encore!

Shawn BParkway was great. They went above and beyond to help us get our UHAUL rental, but the UHAUL website kept crashing on them and it took them calling Uhaul to get us set up. I would definitely recommend Parkway again, but not sure about UHAUL company.
brian wIt's not so much the locations apparently their hands are tied as far as what they get as far as equipment, it's the experience in general. Every time I rent from U-Haul online they switch the size truck I get without contacting me and try to change the rate. When I order a certain size equipment I do so because it's what I need and would prefer not to be put in something I don't need for the rate I didn't want. I would prefer to be notified that my preferred location didn't have what I reserved and not sent to another location that didn't have what I was looking for either.

Bebee KHave the agent walk out to the rental truck and show them where the it is parked,.But most importantly walk around the truck noting all existing damage.

steven sThe man told us it was only water resistant, not water proof. If that is the case, we will never rent from u-haul again. I think this wrong. After all we have no control of Mother Nature and when it will rain. We had a lot of things get wet and we never had this problem the first time we rented a u-haul truck. So we are not happy with u-haul at all..

JEFF BPick up was fine except I had to go to the next town to pick up my truck because there wasn't one available in the town I needed it even though I reserved it a week in advance

Thomas MI reserved a 14 foot truck because THAT is what I needed when I got there to pick up the truck they had "upgraded" me to a 26 foot truck for no additional costs but failed to take into consideration that a 26 foot truck would not fit in the area we need to put it so it actually cost me 3 times as much because instead of needing the truck for 1 day we had to keep it for 3 days !!!! Next time I will rent a budget truck !!!!!
