Mohammadeesa USheesh. What a mess for me. I wasn't aware of the drop off process. It was never ever on the app or explained to me how the system worked. I was totally unaware of the system to just take pics of everything and drop off the key in a box. A little heads up woulda helped!! In my haste of trying to understand what needed to be done I accidentally locked myself out of the truck! Dam it! I had to get road side assistance for help to get a locksmith out. There should be better explanations of the drop off point without a human!
John PWhen I arrived, the attendant at Ramada could not find the key and had to contact someone for assistance. As well, during inspection, it was not noted that the front bumper was damaged. The gas tank was almost empty, but I still got an additional fee for leaving it at 1/4th of a tank, even though I ADDED gas.
