The lady at this location is very nice and helpful. The only complaint is the place smells horrible because they smoke inside. I left with my clothes smelling like a cigarette.

Wrong trailer and Wrong address? Online sucks! I will Never be using uhaul again!. If not for the kind people that did there best.

I ordered a 10 foot truck. They called me the day I was supposed to pick it up to tell me the previous person didn't bring it back. They reserved me another truck at a different location. They told me it was a 15 foot truck. When I got there the only truck they had was a 26 foot truck. It cost me so much more money in gas Very unhappy and not satisfied at all.

The agent on site was terrific to work with! If I ever need a U-Haul in the future, I will definitely be using this location.

Auto repair shop that let's you drop/pick up UHauls. Kind, sweet, polite woman handling paperwork etc. Extremely nice and helpful. only knock, it did not have packing boxes/materials available (or at least I didn't see them).

The truck was dirty on the inside and in the back. There was ashes in the cup holders in the cab and a big oil stain in the back. I asked for certian equipment in only got the dolly.

The rental location was outstanding and courteous. The truck was loud and rumbled at 40 to 50 mph. Also the pass side door didn't seal well, so the engine noise was very loud.

charge for going over mileage and was told by returning truck with extra fuel I would get a extra $22 back I used 62 0f 80 miles fuel level was less than 8th of a tank returned with half tank 10 days and no refund

Very poor customer service. I waited over an hour just to pick up my rental truck even with advanced reservations they had to enter the whole contract manually and then couldn't print the contract so had to wait for her to call u haul costumer service for help.

* Old Shady hills was great. I ended up there after the location at 111 Peach Tree Dr, spring hill could not help. Apparently UHaul changed my reservation from a 10' to a 20' and i did not want a 20'. the guy at peachtree was very rude after i couldn't take the larger truck. I ended up old shady hills and got a 15' which was not what i wanted either but all they had. I don't think uhaul should change your reservation and charge you more, i think there should have been some accommodation for the change, I had to pay more for a larger truck than i wanted or needed. Not sure that is the way to do business! as far as my good ratings, that was for the people and stores them selves.. as far as u-haul as a whole i am not happy, and not sure i would use you again.!

Thelocation was great but the main Uhaul reservation had a hard time fufulling my reservation trying to bump me from a 15' truck to a 26 and this went on minutes before my due time. The location was great but Uhaul has to get their reservations down better.

The first uhaul company we called scheduled this for Pee Gee pick up location at 12:30. However when we got there they were closed at 12. Very unprofessional of the location on linden st in Spring Hill to do. It was extremely awkward and almost didn't work out however the shop manager happened to still be there and let us in and helped us out. Otherwise we would have been scrambling to find a truck, or just not bothered to use uhaul again.

This place is a service station and the office is a complete disaster. Although the woman there is very nice, the place was unkempt/filthy and cluttered. The van was basically new, just about 2K miles on it.....but was obviously not swept out by a previous renter as there was sand in the footwells on both the driver and passenger sides. Picked up the van at 1016am for an 8 hour rental and was told that closing time is 6pm...and for after hours return, park the van, lock it and drop key into drop box. I returned the van at 700pm....and the key fob did not fit into the drop box...this needs to be addressed. I called and left a voicemail on the location voicemail.... I left the van there and took the key home and had to return on SUNDAY morning to return the key...her first remark to me being: you brought back the van but did not leave the key and she chastised me because she had to 'turn down a rental and send it elsewhere"...…...I'll use other locations going forward, thank you very much. I have many other things to do on a Sunday morning than worry about returning a U-Haul key because the slot on the drop box is too narrow for it to fit.

I brought the truck back early. I was charged a second day that i didn't use. Uhaul owes me 40 plus 14 for coverage. I had the truck less than 24 hours. Also i put extra gas in. I Am sitting on hold with uhaul right now for 16 minutes so far. This is ridiculous.

Was told that they would waive any extra miles charhes becaide I returned the truck with double the gas I recieved it with but then was charhed an extra 6 dollars the next day for the extra 5 miles. Petty.

2 dozen pads short. The location had to obtain pads from other sources however, could not locate necessary quantity. Uhaul never responded to my complaint regarding shortage of pads that cause us to make 2 trips versus 1 that would have been capable if necessary supplies were delivered as reserved.

There is nothing really to change Joanne the operator rap for U-Haul very nice person easy to get along with I got my U-Haul at the door I went easy peasy nice place to do business and thank you Joanne very much

The driver side mirror was not properly adjusted and the truck that they provided was larger than I needed but it was the only truck on the lot. The lady that rented me the truck was very pleasant.
