The gentleman on the phone made it easy for me helped me but the issue was the truck being on empty when I picked it up
frank sSince Uhaul's self pick up depends entirely on the Internet access, it will be super helpful if this location offers WiFi for the customers. I had to stand in the lot for over 30 minutes to process my self pick up because the mobile internet was slow.

bill bNothing wrong with the business itself. The guy was super nice and helpful. Everything went quickly. But I must've gotten some sort of upgrade. I reserved a 20' which was overkill already as far as space, but I was given a 26' which was way too big. I'm a tiny 5' woman, and I was pretty intimidated driving that monster 150 miles on a holiday weekend. Luckily, I did better than I expected, so all was good. But I would have been much less stressed with a smaller truck. I would suggest informing the customer BEFORE arrival that the reserved vehicle is not available.

Mark WPassive/aggressive personnel who did not care about customer service. I had an issue with the trailer I rented on 11/01 -the trailer lights went out due to a faulty connection- and I got stopped by the police and got issued a written warning. At 9:30 pm, I assessed that the trailer's connection with the truck was broken after a very bad repair… The location put me on this trailer knowing that its connection was not repaired. Nonetheless, I attempted to contact the location to report the problem and to extend my rental; I could not drive at night nor at the regular speed. The locations attitude was dismissive and did not offer any solutions, they only said "I have a rental reserved at 3pm today, so you better get here". I explained that I could not get there on time, they hung up. Further communication was jaded and unpleasant. The Uhaul line was efficient and helped me to resolve the issue after 36 hours, when I found out the very existence of that number. The rental location never mentioned the company number, or what to do in an emergency. The operators said that they would take care of the extra 2 days of contract given the situation, however, I received a receipt with the full price…

Then the representative at the location called me "rushing me to get back this is at 11:30 am.
