I am a short, older woman & found not having a running board or step to get into the vehicle was difficult.

zack ni was a little disappointed when i received a call on 4/15/23 saying there was a scheduling mix up on my trailer rental. apparently the baraboo location didn't have a car hauler available for a one way trip but i was still able to schedule it in advance online. so instead of being able to get the trailer that was five minutes away from my house, i had to drive an extra 30 minutes one way in order to get a trailer. I would have appreciated a little bit of a discount off of the rental rate due to the added fuel cost, but that was not the case whenever i asked the lady at the counter.
Kurtis BThey had the beginning miles listed wrong, at120 004,8 when it was 120048 and charged us for 102 miles over charging us by 44 miles. Tried to explain to person working that Sauk city to Spring green and back is about 56 miles and their reading could not have been right with zero results. I'm sure this started out as a simple mistake but when they refuse to admit a mistake and charge for it, that's essentially theft.

Daniel NThe trailer was filled with snow..and the lady had a hard time hooking It up tonight hitch. Not her fault, the weather was very cold and she did a great job in handling it.. would rent from them again..Lori was very kind and patient with us..I would recommend them for sure!

Dennis KNothing at the location. The overall Uhaul experience could be improved by streamlining the registration process. I can rent a $40k car with less paperwork (epaperwork) than was needed to rent a trailer.
John MCheck in took 1/2 hour which was longer than I anticipated. Also, the driver's side mirror could not be adjusted making a safety hazard while driving.

BOB TLocation of Uhaul vehicles was not ideal, far in the back of the lot behind LOTS of flowers, vegetables, pedestrians, etc. Difficult to navigate and would not recommend as a drop off or pickup unless the trucks/trailers were moved to the front of the lot where they would be much more accessable.

Jason PThe furniture dolly we rented was plucked out of muddy gravel and handed to us; we had to thoroughly clean it before putting our own furniture on it. Ak of their dollies were outside in the rain and mud. The whole check out process was done on a phone, not a computer, so we could not even see the possible drop off locations or any documents, and no hard copies were given as an option. The trailer had a lot of random scratches that were not already identified with a quick claim sticker, so we had to spend a lot of time taking photos and asking the dispatch lady to put stickers all over. Then her husband was clearly pissed that we were needing this much check out time and came over to ask what was taking so long and told the dispatch lady he needed her right now with other work. It was ridiculous that he was frustrated with us trying to make sure everything was recorded for this rental, so that we did not get charged for something we did not do.
