The team at the pick up location were really helpful and easy to work with. The integration and use of the online system was not great.
Steven KasparThe mobile after hours check in process was horrible. It took me 90 minutes to check in on site, even though I had done most of it at home before arriving. I had good phone internet connectivity, but the Uhaul website was glitchy and froze up multiple times. The guys at this Sunoco location were terrific when I dropped off, but the UHaul mobile check in procedure is horrible and should be avoided whenever possible!

Todd DoweyAfter traveling 1/2 hour into trip traffic called for heavy braking and the vehicle brakes were not in good shape cause entire vehicle to shake. Pick up location was not a manned location so no turn around option. Issue was handled professionally when this issue was called in following end of trip

I was transporting samples to a trade show and I had wet clothing samples that I had to pay out to dry for the first day of the show. Then I had to also have wet samples upon my return form RI to Maine. I feel like a refund for 50 % of the rental costs would be fair.

Owen GardWe did not receive the right truck according to our paperwork. We were charged a "safe-drive" fee without even asking us, even after we declined "extras" on our contract. I called to address this with the location and was told there was nothing they could do. After the return we were told the area GM would call us to address the issue, we have not heard from anyone to date.

JOHN MILLERGeno, the owner was excellent in every respect. I needed the truck at the last minute and he was able to accommodate me. He was friendly, polite and said he was always there to help. He really turned my day around. A stressful situation was under control and I left to enjoy my day. I most highly recommend Geno and his business!!!
MARCIA OBRIENNothing to do with the pick-up location. UHaul has *GOT* to work on the rental model. Having a last-minute (to us) change of vehicle, location and time--with the potential of no rental at all--is not a sustaining model. Knowing this is a possibility will make me look elsewhere the next time I need a truck.

Peter MeadNot much improvement required - friendly, helpful and processed the paperwork quickly. It is a small location, so not a lot of availability, but good service and they had the trailer I needed to transport my mower.

Thomas RoseWorst experience I've ever had in regards to the customer and scheduling departments of national uhaul. The local person at the Sunoco was beyond helpful. I have submitted a complaint in regards to the scheduling department and the verbal abuse that was directed at me as a customer and what is by far appalling behavior and customer service

norman holtAbsolutely a joke. Took about a hour to complete. Called someone in Georgia who transferred me and was on hold for 20min no one answered. I will not rent again. Budget or Ryder is getting my business. To top it all off I still had to return at 3 even after talking almost a hour to get help. So as for my comment you should give to your next customer... give them the number to some other rental companies in the area
