Dat HOne employee/owner who wasn't able to keep up with customer demand. The truck he rented me was not in his system so that process took extra time. The truck was filthy inside and out, the starting mileage was wrong and the starting fuel level was wrong. The photos provided by Uhaul for comparison to current condition were essentially unusable. Last time for this service for me.
Gary FThe app would not work to drop off truck. Got stuck uploading pictures of the truck for 20 minutes. I had good service and tried so many times then the app crashed and I was no longer able to see the drop off option in the app. So I hope it dropped off and I won't be charged extra.

Kyle HVehicle was not ready at 9am like I scheduled. It was 9:45 by the time I left. Vehicle was dirty, smelled like cigarette smoke and had to be emptied (I was asked to help) prior to me being able to leave. I will never rent from this facility again!!!
Richard HI had a reservation with the first location and I got a calll at 9 the night before rental saying the previous customer never returned the truck but he would find me another rental, and he did and made me a reservation at 9 in the morning because that is when they opened.

Luis GThe floor looked like it was covered with a bag of crushed potato chips. The dashboard had spilled soda that had a couple pennies glued to the cupholders. I also did not request insurance yet was charged an extra $15 for protection that I did not request.
MICHAEL HNo gas in truck when we picked it up, just made it to gas station. Front window was dirty. They charged us for a hand truck we didn"t use. Person was late opening up the morning we picked it up.

LEONARDO GI have been in to postal annex and they're always very nice and friendly. I dropped off after hours so I didn't get to speak to anybody. But the check in by yourself was fairly easy if you are a phone friendly person, the fact that I could do it after hours in on my own made a difference.

Walter EThey had overcharged me on the mileage, they just put a certain mileage down that was not what I had driven. On top of that, there are charges that were not discussed and I was also charged for furniture pads which were not in the vehicle.
Ashlee RI received a text to drop truck behind the 99 cent store and Plant fitness. Then put the key inside the Postalannex black slot front door! Where in the hell was that located? No direction given- walked around both businesses to try and find the black door! Wasted a good minutes of my time on the phone calling Uhaul. Drove around the front parking lot and finally saw the Postalannex sign on the strip mall! Wow that was a very frustrated experience that could have been avoided! Right

Lauren DWalked into the store and waiting 10 minutes for someone to come out from the back. Even though o could clearly hear 3 voices talking. Man came out, was unpleasant. I was then told after I brought the truck back I had to take a picture of the mileage and the gas meter and text it to his personal cell phone. Excuse me? Not to mention he told me the gas was over half a tank and that I was to return it that way. Although, once I got in the truck it was clearly under half of a tank of gas. This guy is shady and seems to be trying to get over on people

Kelly CUhaul charges you when you drop off their truck with less gas than when you rent it. However, it will not reimburse you when you drop off the truck with more gas. This policy cost me about $200 in gas overages. This is an unfair practice. I hope the company changes their policy or gets fined for their unfair practices. This information should have been disclosed upfront. Also, the information stated that this place is open until 6 PM, but the person said he was leaving and closing at 2:30 PM.

jerrald fDealing with dispatch to coordinate pickup and dropoff locations was a huge hassle, as well as not guaranteeing the reservation. If you take my reservation, you should make sure the truck is in the location that I requested! I had to travel across town to retrieve it, using the 24/7 app system that was NOT intuitive or easy to use (and that's from a millennial that works in tech)

JESSE AIt wasn't necessarily the location, they were helpful. when called the day prior to confirm my pick up, the gentleman said "I'm calling to confirm your reservation, I have you down for Point A to point B", I said "perfect just want to confirm I'm picking up at point A" and he said "yes sir I have you down for point A to point B". I was on a strict timeline due to military orders and having to be out of a few locations with all my goods. When I showed up to pick the truck they told me "no the truck is in Temecula", having to drive out to Temecula and back to load my stuff, it threw us off schedule by a whole 3 hours. We were behind schedule so we didn't have time to pack correctly, forcing me to throw out furniture because it wouldn't fit. Would not recommend to any military member to use for their move.

VICTORINO DService person needs to better know the system. My online reservation had set the return in Palm Springs ca because we were moving. The clerk did a one way trip to return back to Temecula. Why I don't know but there was no way I could have returned the truck 2 hours from where I was moving too.
Aaron PLocation closed early without warning. I had to call the 800 # to figure out where to park the truck. The app didn't work and the phone rep. had to enter detailed notes since I couldn't check out properly.
David PTruck was dirty and worn. Maintenance alert came on 5 miles into trip. "Self" vehicle checkout was a pain in the butt. I thought I was all set before I went but, had to fill out all kinds of info standing outside the truck. Really inconvenient system.

Nathan KBusiness Owner is a complete asshole. They billed me incorrectly and then proceeded to cuss me out on the phone when asking for it to be corrected. Bill is disputed and I highly recommend no one else uses this location if you do not want the same result. My reservation was made online and all coverage and accessories were selected at that time. Postal Annex owner you can go fuck yourself! -Justin

CRISANTO SMan at pickup location was very nice, uhaul software sucked. I had prepaid and pre checked in and they were still unable to complete the process in a regular man. Man at the desk went above and beyond to make up for software failure.

BRUCE Mgreat service. Again the bundle count needs to match what is represented online or online needs to change to accurately reflect what is physically in each bundle.
