Truck overall was okay. Interior of vehicle was dirty. Interior looks well worn for a vehicle with only 16 000 plus miles.

I wish I could personally thank the person who assisted me both at the start of the day and the end, she was fantastic, not just answering my questions, but making the whole rental process super comfortable! My moving helped also commented on how clean and well maintained the truck was.

I don't understand why I should pay before and after for the little bitty truck and put gas ? It's crazy. The process on the phone was not good either. Kept not working and restarting. Just wish it could be better.

Jesse BrewerNEVER USE THEM!!!! I was charged a late fee because the store was closed when I returned it, even though I returned the uhaul an hour earlier than I needed to. UHaul still hasn't refunded my money so I am forced to work with my bank to get the fraudulent charges resolved.
Matthew VegaTruck is in desperate need of maintenance. I'm sure the misfire and oil leak isn't going to help fuel consumption we are putting back into the truck. Ashtray still had someone's ashes in there that made the truck smell pretty bad and it was dirty inside like it hasn't been cleaned for some time

Derek AllenMake sure that when a customer mentioned the equipment condition such as a flat tire / low air tire go check it or ask your agent to go put air in it. Otherwise the customer will end up on the road side meeting assistance due to a blown tire. Then your district manager will show up on the road, while you're waiting for a tow truck.

MARIA NOLASCOI was disappointed due to the reservations I had. I scheduled it with a person on the phone and requested it to be at a closer location. So when I went to pick it up it wasn't the right spot and had to pay $100 more than I wanted.

Adam AronsonU-Haul changed the location on us after we had arrived at the initial location. We were supposed to have contactless key delivery which didn't happen. It took ALMOST AN HOUR to take all the pics and get all the info uploaded in order to get the key. We were late picking up furniture b/c of this. The app asked for a PASSPORT!! Who carries a passport with them. We were lucky in that my husband had his passport card with him. We should've been notified that this was required. What a mess!

JEREMY CHAMBERSI was told that the tank was full but it was not (I drove 22 miles and had to put 5+ gallons to fill the tank). Windshield was filthy. The desk clerk was just terrific!
pierre tariotMake sure your uhaul is running properly. I had to have your truck towed from my driveway because it wouldn't start after calling roadside assistance 2 different times. Then had to get another uhaul the next day and now I have two pending uhaul contracts. So basically I have paid double for this truck. I will not be using uhaul again.

KEVIN BRADYThey charged us a completely different amount than what was told at pickup, when we received the truck we were put back an hour on moving because the lock didn't work and would not open, and when we finally started to get to moving, the dolly and moving pads weren't even in the back of the uhaul.

RAMON PINEDOCARRERAI was told upon reservation that the Uhaul is to be returned by 5pm next business day and upon pick up the employee tells it has to be returned by noon. Not even a 24hr service as it's supposed to be. Worst experience.
DAGOBERTO MARTINEZThey definitely need to take a class or two on customer service, the woman who seemed to be the manager in the store was angrily going off on one of her workers. Felt bad for him because he had been helping me out and did nothing wrong. It seems to be a very chaotic store in general.
