No one was there. I waited over an hour and no one showed up. Sign said, "be back soon". Came back 3 hours later, still no one there.

Upon drop off, I found the facility locked with a very faded note on the door stating Be Back Shortly with a phone number. I called the number and the gentleman that answered said he'd be back in 30 minutes or so and for me to lock the truck and drop the keys off in the orange bin on the outside of the facility wall. I also had swept the inside of the cab, bed and top of car hauler prior to drop off and was still charged a cleaning fee.

Donna LNo-one was at the drop-off location, but I did connect with someone from the drop-off location in Brooksville, on the phone, who told me how to complete a drop-off at the location, including where to go *online* to complete the process, & including how to add the required photos. These functions were successfully completed.
