I've got a little problem upon reserving the truck as there was an error when I am finishing the check out process, resulting for me to look for 3 different locations, not knowing that my booking were successful on your end but not to my account. Good thing the customer service was able to help me to book again at JK Convenience and Vape Store because this is the nearest place to our house. I called the store as well to confirm the booking and the guy there is very friendly through phone call until we pick up the truck. We arrived 10-15 early, but he handed over the keys to us right away without any doubt. Unlike the first time I tried the U-haul service, the guy here didn't ask and get my credit card which I think the right way because of data privacy (since I already entered my card details online and you've checked that it is a valid card). On my first U-haul rental experience, the other guy in another location got my card and I am afraid if he take note of my CVV code or not. Going back to JK Convenience Store location, the truck isn't really clean, but it's understandable since maybe someone just used it a while ago before us, and we arrived early. It's not a big deal to me, what matters to me is the customer service of the guy there at this U-haul location. We will definitely rent a truck to this location again, and whenever we need a bigger truck.
