The person in the office was extremely nice and helpful. I would recommend this office to anyone. We had a great experience.

Pamela MenisAgain, the drop-off location was changed from what we originally selected. This was very frustrating for us as we had ensure we would be within the milage and had to drive extra. Yes, it was just down the road, but it was different from what we had chosen. If U-Haul is going to change it, why do they allow you to choose where you want to drop it off in the first place? Both our pick-up and drop-off locations were changed. We did not appreciate that!

Hi, I just want to report a problem with my truck rental today. Everything went fine until I came back to your office at 9525 East Lorna Ave. where I rented the truck from and loaded it. I then drove to 210 East Highway 69 and offloaded my belongings to my new storage. I went to the gas station that is on the same lot and filled the tank with a gallon of gas, then I drove back to the Lorna location and dropped of the truck. Then when your manager added up the milage, he said it was 18 miles, when the location was only 4,5 miles away. So somehow the milage doubled! This is NOT POSSIBLE.I DIDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELESE. If you look at the length of the rental I wouldn't even have had time to fill a twenty foot truck and offload it and go somewhere else. I don't know where the mistake was made, but a mistake was made. michelle kendigWhen I picked up the trailer it was covered in mud and had one bald tire that the threads were showing thru and the check engine light was on. Fortunamtly I had a day before moving and I was able to call road side assistance and the technician was excellent. The Prescott valley dealer was zero help and I presume he took one of the tires since the other three were brand new to fix a local trailer.

DEBRA BYRNStraps for wheels were very worn and did not hold during travel. Also, the right rear lite went flat in new Mexico, but roadside assistance helped get a new one. Originating location allowed the trailer to be used with a nail in it. Found the nail when roadside assistance changed the tire. Recommend training agents to safety ck all equipment prior to issuing it to customers.

CHARIDY LEWISWe did the 24/7 pickup and had a little trouble with the lock and my phone wouldn't complete the process as the location was turned off, the instructions on the link were not correct, but once I called the help number the lady was wonderful and helped me to establish the correct location settings on my phone and the rest went very smoothly.

Donald CurtisI had to wait quite awhile to pick up my uhaul because the office was under staffed but the only employee there did the best he could under the circumstances. I also had to go to another location to get my blankets because he was out, and I had ordered the blankets when I ordered the truck. I think if there had been more help this would have been a better experience. But all in all the move went very smoothly and I'm a satisfied customer!

Thomas ObrienJust inform the customer to check fir damages that exist before taking it out. And make have them check the gas level before so they don't get dinged with leaving mire gas in the tank when it's returned. We bought too much gas that we did not use. Should pick it up full and return it full. That would be more equatable fir everyone.

LYNN AUSTINThis location charged me a cleaning fee and gas fee even though the truck was clean and full of gas and I have pictures to prove it. On top of that they accused me of lying about the pictures I sent because of an app but I have geo location tags on each photo to prove that the truck was clean and full of gas. Basic bait n switch tactics with these fools.

DEBRA BYRNMy truck pickup location was changed twice!! I had to dive 30 miles only to find no truck and had to drive another 30 miles to get the truck. I was double charged, uhaul owes me $171. Definitely not happy with this service at all!!
