I was charged for not putting enough fuel in which was a lie as we fueled the U-Haul with much more than the required amount (7/8 full). The U-Haul rep said he was going to look into it but never reached out or followed up. Nor did I receive any refund after 3 weeks of waiting and multiple emails. I am incredibly disappointed and will not be recommending U-Haul to anyone as they conduct their business in bad faith.

It was very unclear at first whether or not I was in the right place... Some signage to indicate the drop off spot would be helpful. That said, the people I interacted with were very friendly and helpful.
