It was bit hard to find any empty parking place.
nirav pThe process was not streamlined. There were a lot of issues and the wait time for assistance was very long. I was happy to have a bigger truck assigned to me at the price of the other to offset the issues. The customer service rep was very helpful, when I finally got help

paula pThere was very little room to park a 15' truck and the location is in a badly lit and lonely area, not the most friendly for after hours pick up. Also; I had ask upon booking for the truck to be returnable in Burlington and Uhaul did not not deliver….both representative over the phone and pick up location clerk were completely unhelpful in solving this.
LUARA GThe lock box was not easily found. I had to call customer service to get the code and I was told there were two lock boxes and my key was in the lower box. There were not two boxes and the one that was there was not easily found.

ROMA LKeys were not left at the lockbox. I had to wait an extra hour to get the truck.
Wale Mthe online check in takes longer.tham an im person check in and is not preferrable as it took time out of the moving schedule
glen gWhen I picked up the vehicle it smelled like urine. Opened the windows but the smell was always there. I wanted to return the truck but I was in predicament. And I had no choice but to continue. Don't think I would rent from u-haul again
John BReservation was for pick up Burlington Walkers and Mainway. We were sent to Hamilton for pick up and truck had less than 1/8 of a tank(almost empty)
Randy HParking should be paved and marked for U-Haul trucks.
