Douglas OberMade reservation weeks in advance. System stated I would be contact within 72hrs to confirm. Never got a call. the week of the rental I got a call stating they did not have the size truck I reserved and they told me they were only required to contact us 3 days before the rental.
JOHN CLARKThe jerk doesn't answer their phone or respond to emails. We needed to find out where to drop our trailer off after hours and had to resort to the webpage and customer phone line for help. I hope we parked it in the right spot. I hate this #$%^&. I don't like using you guys and will seek to avoid it in the future.

Laura BurnhamI am shocked that I am unable to have over 100 unused miles not be refunded due to circumstances out of my control. I was unable to travel to my final destination because my housing situation collapsing moments before I was supposed to move in. As a result, drastically less miles were driven. What you can do to improve next time is having actually quality customer service and to prioritize the customer. I will never be using Uhaul again.
Alexander LangKeep more open trailers in the Jackson area. I rent trailers on regular basis. We never get open trailers with a tandem axel for heavier loads at the Jackson WY location.
Franz KesslerFirst you need to get the sales rep straight up. He never asked for the ID of my husband, never checked or let us know about damage and we didn't realize that we have to do an inspection. He just literally put the trailer on and he left back in. He made my husband sign something and acted like he didn't care. The trailer got unhooked while we were in our way to returned it and that could be a serious problem just from someone who doesn't like to do his job. Really poor decision.
Arianna DoyonThe exterior of the truck was extremely dirty. I took pictures and posted them when I picked up the vehicle. I did pay the $25 at pick up to have the vehicle cleaned up.
Stephanie McHughThis location has very inconvenient hours. Also, on the day I dropped the trailer off (a Saturday), no one was there and Uhaul's website was down for an hour and a half. Quite inconvenient. I know stuff happens.

Jennifer CarterHire a different person who is helpful. If I had not gotten help from a location in Idaho Falls I would have had to drive four hours to drop off. Also you have to wait 50-60 minutes to speak to customer service for uhaul. Horrible.

Jordan AusmanThe truck I got had 98 000 miles on it and the right side window or door whistled so loud I wanted ear plugs. I couldn't listed to or hear the radio. It was a long 9 hour trip.
James Burton StockhouseIt stated online the location was open, and when I arrived it was not. It was 10am. Outside of the location was a ton of trash and it was just not appealing at all. Thank goodness I was able to return via the website and app. So helpful and very easy!

Kristi DommenThe employee seemed bothered by our return. He was in the middle of paperwork on other vehicles and said he would get to ours later and send an email. He read off my email which was correct but I never received one. Tried to call back twice during business hours but no answer. I called Uhaul main number and they said the email on file was none@none.com. The Uhaul agent at the national number was very helpful.
Scott SutherlandThis has nothing to do with the location where I picked up the truck, but the UHaul app itself. The app seems to have added "SafeMove" to my order, without my knowledge, when I specifically removed SafeMove from my order when I originally placed it online. This is a ripoff and it's very dishonest on the UHaul corporation's part. Please be honorable and refund me the money you charged me for SafeMove.
Jason WrightOnline on the U-Haul website it should say this location is a self service, self-check in. I was under the impression the "office" opened at 9am and that I would be talking to a representative in person. It was challenging to stumble into a series of online questions and qualifications without prior knowledge Luckily I had everything I needed with me and was able to proceed. Everything went smooth from there

ISHTAR LEVCSIKI called this location two weeks prior to my pickup and was told there was no trailers available. The same trailers I tried to rent sat for 2 weeks untouched. It was obvious that these trailers were unused because I drive by the location every day and saw they were snow covered and undisturbed. I could have completed my trip earlier if I would have been given the trailer when I asked for it
Bret BommerCheck engine light was on when I picked it up, gas tank was empty, low washer fluid, and I had to wait 30 minutes by phone for customer service who could not help me. I was unable to get the key code for an hour and a half.
